Comfortable room, just a bit far from city centre.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was happy and helpful.

The rooms are excellent. The hospital has a very modern in European feel. The workout room is spacious and well equipped. And of course his staff are overly helpful and extremely nice.

Прекрасный отдых в прекрасном отеле, в одном из лучших мест. Отель новый. Завтраки очень разнообразные. Номера большие, уборка ежедневная. А послеобеденный чай доставил нам много положительных эмоций. Территория очень красивая. Завтраки под прекрасную музыку с видом на озеро- мечта. Рекомендую к посещению . Обязательно сюда вернусь. В 4 км находится центр Хойан, ходили пешком, обязательно к посещению . Рядом рынок фруктов. Кстати здесь очень чистый пляж. Сейчас живем ближе к городу, есть с чем сравнить. Спасибо за отдых.

设施：还行。但有诸多不太合理的地方，造成一些不便。比如：1. 由于订的是家庭套房，有两个房间，常规配置两个房间都有电视机或者都没有，现在是一间有一间没。2. 大床房间，牀头柜只有单边，2个充电插口都集中在一边，导致充电不方便。3. 两个房间灯具的电路控制是一条电路，不能分开控制，导致使用起来非常不方便。4. 既然套房可以住4位客人，换的一次性拖鞋应该放4双而不是放2双。或者也可以由前台发放一次性洗漱用品时一同根据实际入住人数发放。 衞生：还行。写字枱桌面和双人床房间地板皆有黏腻粘鞋底的污渍，纸巾擦过后依然如此。衞生间洗漱台下有抽过的烟头残留。储物箱面上也是一层灰。 环境：还可以吧，公共区域和房间总体都还可以。但，一楼大厅行等候区也还是要收拾一下的，虽然过年，值班人员少，但基本瓜子皮坚果壳还是要打扫一下吧，空矿泉水瓶和沙发垫子到处扔，感觉还是比较影响酒店形象的。 服务：服务还是很好的，联系很方便，有求必应，非常客气。

We were assigned a Level 1 room with a window. The room felt stuffy as there was no air conditioning, and the only way to get fresh air was by opening the window. However, the window is easily accessible from the pedestrian area below (about 1.5?meters high), so we had to keep it closed at all times for safety concerns.

Great value for the price! Pro: - nice shower - comfortable bed - great coffee choice in the room - reception crew very nice - great breakfast Con: - rooms aren’t big - bathroom close to the bed - some maintenance would be nice in the room - location is nice if you want to stay close to kudamm but in the surrounding area is nothing Good stay and a great value for your money
