+++ location - food, price/quality

Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.

We have been coming the same week every May for ten years and the hotel is a little rough in the teeth. Paint only covers so much as carpets and flooring look old and date as does the overall decor. They could really use a good bar as what they have now is sterile. The pool area is really beat up and the restaurant is lacking. Great location but I think we will look at other options for next year..

Nice property! But was disappointed in the breakfast

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to help. My room was a dog friendly room, at the top of the hotel. Super views. The room was everything as advertised, clean, tidy and comfortable. The heating was on, the hot water was hot, plenty of tea and coffee, huge television, and plenty of breakfast full English.

Good place to stay and enjoying the view around the place. The service was top-notch and I couldn't wait until my next visit to Leisure Inn Spires. Very recommended!

真是大无语，前台18点下班，我们18：40到，结果前台忘了放信封在门口的柜子，然后我们不停打电话联系酒店，一个多小时前台才返回酒店安排我们入住，不知説啥好。酒店周边很美。
