Absolutely fantastic experience with the premier inn reception staff. Her name was Taija I believe… hopefully I have spelt it correctly, but she made the stay that ever so more memorable. The rooms were to a clean and tidy standard too, about what you would expect to get in a room for a premier inn. I’d definitely stay again based off these factors.

The thermostat didn’t work in our original ro. The room was either too hot or it was cold. We were given an another room for our next night stay, and bathtub drained slowly. It felt like they gave us the worst two rooms they had in the hotel

The room was clean, pleasant and windows you could open! The beds were very comfy.
We enjoyed our small evening snack, breakfast and lunch dishes.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They don't have a jacuzzi but a refreshing jacuzzi type cool pool to use after the sauna.
We loved the calm and Monet-esque gardens and look forward to our next visit when the outdoor pool and flowers are out.

Wie schon im letzten Jahr waren wir als Gruppe im "Innerhofer", dieses Mal war ich im Haupthaus untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sch?n, mit Balkon und absolut ruhig. Frühstück in Buffetform und abends gab es ein 5-Gang Menu, das immer ausgezeichnet war!! Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr sch?n, es gibt Sauna, Dampfbad und Infrarotkabine. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich und es fehlt an nichts. Wir werden n?chstes Jahr wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Agnes und das gesamte Team :-)

Room was clean and warm. Walls are thin so noise travels. Great shower and bathroom spotless.

Si piensas hacer una reserva no te fies cuando te digan que no te van a cobrar nada hasta unos días antes de la estancia, ni aún siendo con cancelación gratis, ya que yo lo hice y a los dos días de hacer la reserva me cobraron el importe total de la misma, realicé la cancelación de ella y ocho días después sigo esperando a que me hagan el reembolso. He hablado con ellos y no obtengo respuesta alguna. Me parece una estafa y ser poco profesionales.

I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!
