Wir waren für eine übernachtung im Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Gr??e, war sehr sauber, Betten bequem. Es gab zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser als Gru?, Wasserkocher war ebenfalls vorhanden für Tee/Kaffee. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich begrü?t, das Frühstück war richtig toll (mein Highlight: frische Waffeln selbst backen) und abwechslungsreich. Preis-Leistung wirklich toll!

非常棒的一间酒店，给了非常好的住宿体验，这次在金泽一次住了二个晚上真的是非常值得，酒店位于大和百货旁，附近也有很多逛的地方非常方便??

I was greeted by very friendly staff members and they were very accommodating to my needs and requests. My room was also very clean and I had a beautiful view as well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! We booked a two night stay here. There was no facilities so we went to Tesco Express at 8 this morning to get some milk and breakfast. Arrived back at the hotel to find we had been locked out due to a faulty door code. My 50 year old husband had to climb a six foot fence to get access to the back of the hotel. We called the numbers multiple times and nobody answered them. We were locked out for 40 minutes in the pouring rain and in our pyjamas. I took videos of us trying to get in. The room was smelly and dirty in places. Eventually we were able to get in after the manager came down in his pyjamas. We immediately made the decision to check out and find alternative accommodation for our remaining night but the hotel refused to refund any of our stay and claimed our evidence of the incident which was submitted to *********** were lies. I’ve now contacted the bank to get a refund that way but that won’t help my husbands knees which have been hurt climbing the fence. Absolutely awful.

This hotel was one of the most beautify and characteristic places I’ve ever been! We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff that was very helpful and customer focused. The double room was of a good size and the bathroom was also of good size.The room had everything you needed. The hotel is inside a colourful courtyard with so many amazing plants! When the roof is open, the whole place lights up! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Rooms were clean and functional. Beds were a little too firm for us, but we enjoyed the outdoor patio and fireplace. Breakfast was very minimal, but sufficient for us.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The temperature was perfect which is rarely our experience in hotels. We had additional pillows and towels which was great. It is disappointing to have a smaller bed however when travelling with two children. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful, especially the night staff.
