Wij hebben afgelopen zomer in augustus als gezin met twee kinderen hier 10 dagen gelogeerd in de Zeytinler Odas?/Kamer. Het was voortreffelijk. Alles was superschoon en prachtig gelegen tussen de olijfbomen. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en goed verzorgd. De persoonlijke aandacht van het personeel was echt heel fijn. Iedereen was zeer betrokken en werkte hard. Vooral Muhammed was onze favoriet. Door zijn betrokkenheid en behulpzaamheid maakte hij ons verblijf extra speciaal. Als je met de auto bent, kun je deze goed en veilig parkeren. Bij het inchecken werden we hartelijk ontvangen door een zeer vriendelijke mevrouw die ons alles duidelijk uitlegde en de weg wees. Bij vertrek werden we uitgezwaaid en kregen we flessen water mee voor onderweg — een heel attent gebaar. Het zwembad was superschoon en biedt een geweldig uitzicht. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Our apartment (3BR + 2.5 bath) was very spacious and comfortable for 6 people (4 adults + 2 kids). It was also clean and included nice products in the bathroom, along with some basics like a kitchen cleaning kit (including laundry soap), coffee + creamer pods, and olive oil + S&P. Perfect location as well, with a market right on the corner, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions in walking distance. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were very loud late into the first night, but it's Spain and there's not much to be done about that (thin walls, late nights). We travel with white noise + earplugs for this!

The room was fine and cleaning staff were very good. The reason for the poor review is that I was trapped in an elevator that malfunctioned. I used the emergency phone in the elevator to call the command center and they had to dispatch an elevator technician to come. They said I would have to wait an hour and a half for the tech to arrive. I asked the dispatcher to contact the fire department to see if they could arrive sooner. The did and the fire department came to the rescue The hotel staff took along time to even come to the elevator to inform me that the fire department was dispatched. I was trapped for more than a half hour. To add insult to injury the hotel offered to add points to my Bonvoy account. In the end they provided a small credit to me bill upon checkout. This is not how a quality hotel chain should treat their customers.

Looking at all the positive reviews, we were very much looking forward to our 3 night stay here. We did have breakfast one morning and it was terrific. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we left on two mornings early for our sightseeing tours and they made little effort to accommodate the missed breakfasts. And as noted by another reviewer, there is only a single coffee bar for all the people staying there. One morning there was no coffee available. Also as noted there was no one available after 5 PM, so when the drinkable water ran out or we needed additional tissues, no one could help till the next day. The final "straw" was that they double charged us for the first night and pick-up from the airport (these had been payed in advance per their requirement by the person who had booked our stay). It is hard to understand how they did not have records of these prior payments. After several weeks of calls, these double payments were refunded.

One night stay booked with breakfast. Good reviews of the Hotel, so reasonable expectations for my stay.
Arrived shortly after 18.00 on Saturday evening to find front door locked and a note inside to phone the Hotel to gain access. It was pouring with rain at the time and wasn't a pleasant experience standing in the rain trying to get someone to open the door, and also prevent my phone from getting damaged in the rain. There's no porch over the outside door and you are at the mercy of the elements. Not a good start. If it is essential to lock the access door to the Hotel at 6pm, why not lock the internal porch door instead of the external one. At least you can shelter in the dry porch to make the phone call.
Room 13. No coat hook to hang my wet coat on. Coat hangers in the wardrobe, but no trouser hanger to hang my wet trousers on. Wifi signal in Room 13 very weak and kept dropping out.
At 21.00 someone entered my room! The Yale type lock on the room was so flimsy, any key could open it. A dead bolt on the door would prevent unauthorised access.
Moved to room 21. Again poor/non existent wi-fi, and no coat hooks.
Apart from the points noted, the rooms were comfortable and practical. The breakfast, as noted by others was excellent.
I was given a receipt for my payment when I checked in, different to the amount I paid. My payment was direct to **********, not to the Hotel. ********** have provided me with a receipt, the Hotel does not need to provide another one.
酒店回复:The front door was shut as it was raining and unfortunately the front porch gets really wet and soggy if we leave it open, there is a doorbell to the left of the front door and the phone number in the window as you say to call if the doors locked, also a smoking shelter to the side of the front door, you could have took shelter in until the staff could get to you. After everyone who was in the building on Saturday evening had checked out on the Sunday, we took all the keys up to room 13 to try them in the door to see if it would open as obviously we don't want this to happen again and none of them worked, the only thing that could have been possible is if someone had a personal key that happened to open that door ??? The door lock was loose ( now fixed) but you still needed a key to get in , so flummoxed as to what's happened there. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your breakfast and we take on board the coat hook and trouser hanger. You booked through a virtual card system, so we can only provide a receipt for the amount we receive ( which is the advertised amount less the commission for the booking) as you state you can get a receipt from hotels.com/expedia for the full amount that you pay them.
