Lovely four poster room. Very spacious. Dog friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful unique hotel.

The resort is stunning with its sprawling size, lush old trees, and a fantastic pool area. I really loved the room concept and the overall bar atmosphere. A special shout-out to Riyan from Reception. He was incredibly attentive and made sure our needs were met throughout the stay. While the room design is great, it would benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some minor maintenance. Specifically, the main door lock system needs attention for better security and ease of use. The food was generally great, though I found the Butter Chicken a bit too sweet for my palate. Balancing the sweetness with a bit more spice and less on cardamom would make it perfect.

What an absolute gem of a place! The facilities are excellent — clean, well?maintained, and well laid out. The staff were wonderful too - welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The location is spot?on: close enough to the village to enjoy an easy walk in, but just far enough away to stay peaceful and quiet. The best of both worlds. There’s also a great mix of accommodation options, from cosy cabins through to powered and unpowered sites, making it perfect whether you're after comfort or a more traditional kiwi camping experience. A fantastic stay all around — would definitely come back!

Ich freue mich immer schon im Vorhinein auf das wirklich tolle und hochqualitative Essen, egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer alle gleich gro? und sauber, die Aufenthaltsr?ume gemütlich und ordentlich, das Personal IMMER freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem auf Zack! The book process was super smooth and the owners very helpful. The day staff / breakfast very kind but very under trained and inexperienced especially the young French boy. My room wasn't super clean, but very charming with great views of table mountain. Rooms could do with a little bit of a refresh and deep clean Unfortunately, a peaceful breakfast was out of the question, with the breakfast courtyard as it was overrun with children of other guests who were allowed to scream and run around at 8am. Felt very bad for the guests who had room directly next to the courtyard. Most days I went out for breakfast boisterous children at this time in the morning is not the one.

I was charged an additional "destination charge" for each day by the hotel (after one was included in the ******* rate) among other issues and frustrations.
