Everything lovely. Room beautiful, food good. Chris the barman was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back.

Everything was great until my last morning when someone tried to open my room without warning at 7am. There has been warning of theft from some hotels in Thailand. Reported it to the front desk counter and did not get a polite reaction and the lady keeps on denying that the staff will never do that.

I had a very comfortable stay at Summer Ville Beach Resort. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the balcony view was really good. I especially liked the mini swimming pool—it was a nice touch and very relaxing. The breakfast was also good and well-prepared. The service overall was excellent. A special mention to Shubham, who was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assist us, including helping us arrange a scooty, which made our stay much more convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good place to stay near the beach.

In public area hotel clean and fresh but in our suite need to do some renovation. Also there is a lot of dust in room and it is impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. Room service oftenly doing mistakes in orders and few times in restaurant also in our order was mistake in kids menu. In breakfast all workers kind. In reception also workers kind expect last day during check out 8 February in reception was 2 women I asked for they call shop in hotel where we rented equipment for ski because there was mistake and we payed for 1 day more which we don’t use but they never call me back and never modifite the bill than I payed for nothing.
