Buen servicio, buen trato, solo que nos toco viajar en temporada de norte y no pudimos disfrutar la alberca, no tiene calefacción, y esta al aire libre último piso, la banda de guerra del colegio qe esta enfrente desde las 6:00 am hace sus honores o ensayos y no dejaba descansar.... De lo demás cumplió con las espectativas

Es un hotel con sus a?os, muy confortable, limpio. Muy tradicional. No hay teléfonos en la habitación lo que dificulta algún servicio. La pasé bien pero si necesitan modernizarlo un poco. Aceptable

The hotel looks beautiful and extremely well located in Anjuna. The property has been done beautifully and has a stunning old Portuguese home feeling and appeal. Now here are the reasons for my negative review: 1. The housekeeping at the property is not up to the mark at all. The housekeeping team is not trained - if you don't run behind them, the room does not get cleaned properly. 2. The rooms are great, very tastefully done, however you can seek the aging of the property - the owners have not made any investments in the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms - (a) the AC makes noises, (b) the cupboards are not great and (c) the hot water geyser does not work properly - you get lukewarm warm water. 3. The wifi does not work in the rooms, you have to go hunting around the property to get a good wifi connection. 4. Breakfast: for some reason the breakfast does not start before 8:30am - which is strange as they are people who want to get up early. There is NO breakfast spread. It is limited to fruits, juice, eggs and one Indian mains. If you are there for more than 2 days, you will get the same repeated. Summary: great location, beautiful property, nicely done rooms - has a few things that needs sorting - most importantly maintenance of rooms, housekeeping and breakfast.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Nice spacious room. Excellent room facilities completely self sufficient kitchen and appliances. Large bathroom, excellent shower. Towels and toiletries provided. Complimentary breakfast daily, good choice of options. Laundry facilities. Swimming pool and hot tub open daily. Shuttle services. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel provided a great base to explore the area. Good parking on site. Hotel was very clean. Recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was grand in the hotel, nothing outstanding but everything is clean, quick and easy. A fine place to crash for a short trip

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very good, always checking to see if everything was OK. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices. Would definitely recommend as it is in a great location.

Beds, t.v, storage, tea facilities, hair dryer and shower were fine but toilet did not flush well and only one lift working. When you are on the fourth floor with luggage, you do not want to climb stairs, but people, particularly the cleaners can intercept lifts and you end up stuck in the lift for ages, because it does not go to the floor that was pre pressed. Breakfast was good and location good, but checking in was slow. Receptionist also asked me how to pronounce and spell my surname which did make me laugh because it is one of the most common surnames around that being Wilson. Mind you, her English was very poor and I had difficulty understanding her. It was alright but if I were to go again, I would choose the premier in next time. That one looked better.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the premier inn reception staff. Her name was Taija I believe… hopefully I have spelt it correctly, but she made the stay that ever so more memorable. The rooms were to a clean and tidy standard too, about what you would expect to get in a room for a premier inn. I’d definitely stay again based off these factors.
