Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the front desk was open 24/7 and the location and walk ability was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could use some updating but all worked well and we enjoyed the provided shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc. Very impressed by the included breakfast each morning. Lots of options and all was fresh and tasty.

环境：每间房间都有个小阳台，望出去就是蓝色的大海，确实很美，但是我第一晚入住的是一楼十二号房间，一股浓烈的油漆味，甚至于皮肤都因此过敏了；和前台沟通后换到四楼四十四号房间，房间大小变小了，但至少没有异味了！！ （第一晚真的是记忆深刻，薰的人整个人都烦躁，睡一觉起来喉咙是很乾涩的） 服务：之前看到前面的友友提到信用卡问题，于是留了个心眼，结果办入住的时候，前台工作人员“假装很忙”的样子，记住了我卡片的安全码再做记录，然后我马上收到扣费短讯，我一脸疑惑，和他核实他説是做guarantee，但是只扣了一欧元（超级奇怪好吧）。于是回到房间想想后怕，立马对卡片进行无卡付款锁定（后面证实我的做法对的），退房后短讯收到好几次扣费失败的短讯，因为我房费是在携程付款过的！ 设施：绝对要吐槽的是，进门有个台阶很不友好，但前台确实有帮忙将我们的大箱子提到中台！但最最无语的是他的电梯，特别袖珍，两个28寸的箱子基本占了电梯2/3，人只能蜷缩着上楼！ 以上是最最真实的体验，建议壁垒

Was in an older room, no plugs or lights per bed, one shower and toilet between 8 people, barely cleaned. Good social activities and location.

The amenities available were great, and good proximity to osaka tower. Overall the room was fairly clean, but the washroom area could be cleaned a little bit more thorough.

On the positive side, this is probably the most secure hotel I have ever stayed in. At night, I needed 5 room key scans to get into my room. One scan to enter the lobby, a second scan to move from the lobby to the room with the elevator, a third scan to get into the elevator, a fourth scan to enter the floor your room is on, and finally a fifth scan to go into your actual room. If safety is a concern, this hotel is definitely for you. Also on the positive side, the room was quite large by European standards. The hotel location was also excellent if you have business in Media City. On the downside, there is virtually no staff there. You check yourself in at the kiosk in the lobby and you drop your key at the front door when you leave. If you need to call a taxi, there is a phone with a sign in the lobby, no staff to help you call one. The room was also run down. The room's desk needed some repair. If there were 3.5 stars to give, I would give it that rating.
