The location is excellent, the taxi dropped us off right outside the hotel and we were walking distance from the Ancient Town. The host was really friendly and helpful. He recommended us some great local food spots and was very accommodating. The facilities were great and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing.

Un peu dé?u de la part de l'h?tel de ne pas nous avoir prévenu des travaux en cours..donc pas très agréable entre les couloirs en ****** et les odeurs de peinture dans la chambre. Par contre le service du soir au restaurant excellent !! Et le ptit déjeuner idem rien à dire. Le personnel du restaurant est très gentil et très serviable.

Séjour qui fait du bien, nous nous y sommes rendu suite à un bon cadeau que nous avions gagné. Une nuit en chambre prestige ainsi que la visite du domaine et le petit déjeuner inclus. Nous avons très bien dormi et avons passé un bon moment. Je tiens cependant à relever quelques points ( travaillant egalement dans un 4*) - Aucune information n'est expliquée aux clients arrivant au chateau concernant les horaires du petit déjeuner ainsi que le lieu. - La chambre bien que la déco soit en accord avec le lieu, il faudrait songer à changer la moquette car celle ci est détendue, tachée et même trouée par endroit. - Au niveau du petit déjeuner, les petites c uillères servies avec les boissons chaudes ne sont pas passées au vinaigre, la carafe de jus d'orange était fissuré sur bien 7 cm du bord, la table était bancale et la nappe tachée. Ce ne sont que de petits détails qui peuvent être améliorés, mais étant du métier ?a m'a sauté aux yeux. Sinon très bel endroit, personnel agréable, les extérieurs sont sublimes et bien entretenus. Merci à toute l'équipe.

This newly opened fine dining restaurant in a hotel on the beachfront of Camps Bay is exquisite in every aspect - The 2 ladies welcoming guests are efficient and will exhaust all avenues to place guests at their preferred dining area - Manager Chad clearly leads from the front and left a lasting impression - A must visit when in Cape Town and worthy of being considered a 1st choice for Camps Bay - The menu is varied and so too the wine lists - The food was great and the view over the bay was spectacular - The property is a short distance away from the more "noisy area" where most of the other restaurants are that attracts mainly the younger generation - Much appreciation for the Restaurant Manager, Fernando who exposed us to outstanding service - Will certainly return.

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.
