Bar was well stocked with what ever you required. There was not a beach view as it was on the street leading to the beach. The room was clean and compacted and the staff were very good and helpful.

The gentleman who checked us in was fabulous and super lovely. Unfortunately the room was dirty with hair in the bathroom on the floor, and the room wasn’t as depicted. The photos online had the bedroom being updated, whereas the room we received was in quite rundown. The bedroom also had glass panels to the living room, and no fan, so the light from the living area did filter into the bedroom.

Your comments have been passed on to the relevant departments for review and follow up as we continually work to improve the guest experience.

A very good stay overall. All staff very friendly, welcoming and sociable. Family room very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good value for money especially with kids eating free with a paying adult.
