View was beautiful a room was clean but could have been a lot cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay

As always the rooms are spotless and very comfy and welcoming - the staff are amazing , warm and friendly and will always go out of their way to assist as much as possible with any requests.

Great place, great stuff. I prefer stay here in my next trip to Bordeaux

We where changed to this hotel last minute due to our original being closed, we had a lovely stay in this hotel. Every member of staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Maher went above and beyond to help us with any queries we had. Bar staff of an event couldn't do enough for us especially abdul and hamine Would highly recommend this hotel it's amazing and beautiful ??

Check in was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was good. It was nice to be able to control the air conditioning. The swimming pool was fabulous. All interactions with the staff was good. The location is ideal as you can walk to/from the airport. Improvements can be made with the included breakfast. Tables not cleaned, Lack of cutlery and plates. The workers were busy! I think on the whole, for the amount the hotel charges for a room, more workers should be hired. There must have been a shortage of towels as there was a room attendant knocking on the doors looking for towels.... which could use some replacing. Will definitely stay here again!

No milk for tea or coffee. Needs a fridge in the room

H?tel compliqué - il n’y a pas de piscine. La photo devrait être retirée car c’est trompeur. Les chambres ne sont pas sur le site. Baignoire à remous sympa mais pas bien nettoyée. Elle a projeté du sable. Le resto: conserves et surgelés.

Radiator wouldn’t turn down and due to being in the annex had to walk to reception to ask for it to be turned down as phone didn’t work in room. On arrival laundry was all over floor in entrance to annexe

Wundersch?nes Hotel, sehr famili?r. Gro?artiger Service. Leckeres Essen Saubere und neue Zimmer-sehr gemütlich und warm. Toller Spa-Bereich. Gut gelegen. Mehrere Skigebiete in unmittelbarer N?he. Uns fehlte es an Nix. Wir haben bereits vor Ort für das n?chste Jahr gebucht.

Lady at Reception was nice and helpful. I booked the "Gold Spa Room" which was quite basic, not enough toiletries the waterviews are not the Bay, but a narrow river which the train tracks ran alongside, normal trains and very loud fright trains running day and night. I felt a bit misled. I thought I was booking a place in Warners Bay as that is the search I did, others on same page were at Warners Bay and the the water views are of the Bay. Macquarie 4 Star is not, it is a Hotel with adjoining rooms. Feels like your in the middle of nowhere.
