1) Better communicat communication as to the restaurant, it was closed on the first night and didn't serve the full menu presented online.
2) The superior room is small and the new build accommodation is more like student housing.
3) Lack of staff and service during meal times, waited nearly 40 mins between courses and wasn't offered any drinks.

Stay here every year. Love the location. Close to public transport. Lots of eateries nearby. Staff helpful and courteous. This year received an upgrade to beautiful apartment which was great as travelling with a friend.

Don't eat in the restaurant poor meal both steak was tough as old boots, to cold to sit in the restaurant without a coat on. I would have been better at the Berger King down the road.

Hotel in viale Ceccarini, moderno e con camere grandi e ben arredate( alcune con idromassaggio in terrazza). Un valore aggiunto...il bar che oltre ad essere bello negli arredi e negli spazi, ci ha servito un aperitivo di qualità!!
