子ども连れで宿泊させていただきました。大阪観光には十三駅から梅田駅まですぐなのでとても便利でした。 ただ、周囲にキャバクラや风俗が多いので、子ども连れの场合はあまりオススメできないかと思いました。 设备は十分良かったのですが、洗濯机が壊れていて対応してもらおうとしたのですが、紧急时の连络先电话もAIチャットからの问い合わせも全く繋がらずで、かなり困りました。 しかもホテル侧が洗濯机の故障も事前に把握していたのに、そのままにしていた事も分かり、せめて使用不可の张り纸でもしてもらえたら良かったのですが。 チェックインからアウトまで基本无人対応なので、いざという时にはかなり不安です。 このようなトラブルがなければ、金额もお安いので良いと思います。

Everything Good

Staff very good and enjoyed the location and overall facilities and space. The walls of the room were incredibly thin and you could hear people whispering next door. Very disappointing aspect of an otherwise good hotel.

Great location, but small room, very noise all night as the truck on the road was picking up garbage. Front desk needs some more training, very inflexible. I booked one room for two days separately, registered twice on arrival at the front desk and the key stop working on the second day.

I arrived at magic life and was very happy with the hotel and the staff, they are the most helpful people and bend over backwards to accommodate your every need. We had a brilliant fitness program within the hotel doing 5 classes a day of various yoga to hitt and step. We had the best time with doing archery with jay jay doing the entertainment and hosting the games and silent disco and quiz night. Can't fault the hotel will dlifferently go back soon and hopefully with some sun this time ??

Muy recomendable, la verdad es que siempre es una excelente opción para hospedarte aquí ya sea por trabajo o personal!!!
