上个月刚开业的酒店，设施倒是挺新的，就是服务各方面还有欠缺： ①客房阿姨早上九点钟就敲门问要不要打扫衞生，正常出来玩的不会醒这么早的叭，我是因为早上要开会才醒的，这个点打扫衞生个人觉得太早了，可以等人家出去了再打扫也省的还要敲门问了 ②我住三天两晚，吃了两个早上的早餐，九点去吃的那些菜都是冷的，今早吃的薯条也是凉的，邦硬，不知道是不是人少没有开加热，菜品也很少，一般 ③客房里麪的那个小唯语音客控完全是摆设，我説打开空调，她説没有这个选项，那你一开始为什么要説可以打开空调，打开窗帘啥的。还不如留一个小度就可以了，这个小唯没啥用。 可能刚开业各方面都还在完善，反正我觉得是有需要改进的地方

Will not recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Very noisy location if you open the Balfour smell all kind of food which make me nauseous. I thought that the hotel has its own beach access but no the view was only from the balcony and the public beach is not well maintained! Breakfast and lobby areas are small ! And breakfast buffet is not a five star restaurant! It’s not a five star ?? hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Port Douglas Motel! In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our trip. Our room was incredibly spacious, feeling much more like a fully-equipped apartment than a standard motel room. The kitchen area had everything we needed to easily prepare our breakfasts each morning. The location is excellent. We were just a short walk from both Four Mile Beach and Rex Smeal Park (the perfect spot to watch the sunset), and only about an 8-minute walk to the marina for our reef diving cruises. The staff were wonderful and so welcoming. They handed us fresh pool and beach towels right at check-in and gave us some fantastic local advice on where to go and what to do. We would definitely come back and stay here again
