Our studio terrace suite was perfect, as was the location right in the centre of Camps Bay. Lovely staff. If you have a car, book the parking optiin. Saves a lot if hassle.

Clean rooms. Excellent staff everywhere - from check in, pool side services, beach services, cleaning & maintenances. Would go back!

HEAVEN ON EARTH I was very impressed with the warmth and hospitality of every one of the employees at Corcovado Wilderness Lodge, an SCP hotel, last week (January 27 thru 30th). I must say that I truly felt particularly impressed with the degree of commitment and excellence that was shown by some of them, with whom I had a chat to find out what the secret was. All of them told me that they were very happy at the lodge, where nature and the atmosphere of belonging to a soul community project made them feel completely identified with their jobs. It was an extraordinary experience, and I think your project sets an example for the world. It is possible to manage a business where everyone is doing their best possible effort to make you feel welcome and at home. Luis at the restaurants, Caleb with the transports, Wilson, Egbert, Eduard, Miguelito, Sol, Karol, Leyner, Nery, Osmar, Duvan, Marcos, David, Andrea, Andrey, and Luis Alberto Mora Mendez, who was starting his first day on Friday, January 30th. The conversations that I had with all of them assured me that you are an expert manager, who knows how important it is that people feel dignified through their work, and that this is the best way to ensure the excellent response they all demonstrate. We paid for a plus room for extra comfort, only to lose sleep and be misled. The air vents would whine like someone was vacuuming in the next room all night. It was so distracting and loud, and to give Premier Inn the benefit of the doubt I waited to see if it would stop. It didn’t, and I did not sleep. I complained to reception early in the morning, was told I’d get money back if I called guest services and the receptionist noted my complaint down so that when the call happened they had confirmation. After 20 minutes on hold to guest services I was told no money could be refunded for the problems because I waited for it to stop. I am furious… the sleep guarantee is a scam, and I will not be booking with Premier inn anymore. Insensitive, Money grabbing liars.

Wonderful experience in beautiful setting. Some great wine at very reasonable prices. Cottages are a must as is the food

Our stay at Mandir Palace with my family was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the grandeur and magnificence of this beautiful heritage palace, which made us feel nothing less than royalty. The architecture, history, and regal ambiance are simply breathtaking. The hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was extremely warm, cooperative, and highly professional. A special thanks to Mr. Parbat Singh, whose dedication and personal care made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. One of the most cherished moments of our visit was the honor of meeting members of the royal family — Maharaj Jitendra Singh Ji and Rajkumar Sivendra Singh Ji, the esteemed owners of the property. They were incredibly polite, courteous, and gracious, which added a truly special touch to our experience. Mandir Palace is not just a place to stay; it is a royal journey into history, culture, and timeless elegance. We will always treasure these memories and would highly recommend this palace to anyone seeking a genuine royal heritage experience.

Fab stay. From the moment I arrived, Alan gave a warm welcome and looked after me for the duration of my stay. No idea how he remembers everyone’s name, but he does and he chats with everyone as if they’re friends, whilst ensuring we’re all being well looked after. Fresh, clean room plus attentive, efficient and friendly service made it a great experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you to Alan and team. I will definitely return.
