对房间非常满意，装修得很有品味，奶油风很清新。老板娘忙前忙后不辞辛苦送我们去景区门口，详细解答每一个不知道被游客问了多少遍的问题。我们选的是带上下床的，孩子高兴的不得了，而且上下两个床都很宽敞。两位长者单独一个房间，小孩子闹腾也不会影响到他们休息。全屋智能简直太赞了，让孩子也感受一下科技在生活中的应用。我很在意的洗澡的水量也很大，调温很方便，还有衞生间完全没有反味，非常乾净。孩子们还在广场里放了烟花，很开心。虽然这个季节的黄果树瀑布水量没有暑假壮观，但也让我们感觉震撼和喜悦，毕竟我们也享受到了不需排队的乐趣。

房间很好，虽小但设施齐全，使用便利。最好的是1号和2号客运大楼都有接送机停靠点，时间准服务周到超值。早餐的沙拉味道很好

Its a good spot if you want to be close to the university otherwise there is lots of traffic during rush hours.

酒店环境一流，服务也很好，只不过衞生可能因为过年人多差一点，最差的是餐厅，没有限流位置也少，很多人直接抢位，碰到倚老卖老的老年人把我们的东西挪开就直接吃坐下……很无语。

Sadly not a great experience. Overnight stay as we needed to be in th city early. Upon checking to our room we found dirty towels on the floor and the bed looking like it had been sat on. Both rectified as we had dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Fresh towels and bathmat delivered but no face washer Burger arrived to table after a long wait with a burnt bun but by that stage I was too hungry to send it back. Toilet kept running when flushed. Shower head had to be held up or it kept falling flat. We were compensated with a couple of free drinks. So much potential to be great but sadly lacking in our experience.

The staff at Residence Inn by Marriott Lisbon was excellent. Ruben at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful, he makes you feel welcome the minute you step in. He is very quick in respond to our needs. When we couldn't get the chargers going in our room (no fault of the hotel, it turned out we didn't have the proper adapter to start with), he and the another lady came up right away and solved the problem without making us feel bad at all. Location of the hotel is excellent and it is close to everything (metro, supermarket, theatre, shopping mall). The only thing is that we couldn't do our laundry because it was still under renovation. We didn't bring as much clothes with us thinking we could wash it there. No big deal, we just washed them ourselves and everything worked out. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we would definitely go back next time.
