We had a great stay. The renovations made to the common areas are nice…the kids enjoyed the pool a great deal. There are good options for food and drinks on property, including a bar. The staff was great, especially Matthew from the front desk.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available when needed. The room was clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Location was convenient and the service quality met expectations. Overall, a good experience and worth the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the magnolia hotel. Staff was really friendly. Our room was quite nice. The location was wonderful. I used the gym while I was there and it was good. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The only feedback I would have is the art in our room looked like the stock images that came in those frames. But our room had recently been remodeled so maybe it was.

除了能看到金字塔,一无是处,是来埃及十几天住的最差的酒店。没有热水壶,吹风机得和前台要,还给我们一个短路的,用了几秒冒烟了,拿到前台説帮忙换一个,等了一个小时没送来。再去前台谘询,他説明早给我找可以吗???衞生间很小,条件很差。床品大概率是没换,两个床都铺的一塌糊涂,无语的我都没来得及拍照就铺上一次性床单了。原本以为唯一的优点就是能走着到金字塔,但是离金字塔近的门还关闭了,必须打车绕到远处的门进景区。而且巨吵巨吵,以为景区附近到了晚上能安静一些,没想到比开罗还吵。我原本睡眠质量极好,到了三点还没睡着,到了五点又被吵醒了。大家避雷吧!

We apologize if there was any delay in replacing the hairdryer, but our team did offer a replacement the next morning when the issue was reported late at night. Guest safety is very important to us, and we would never intentionally leave a faulty appliance in use.Concerning cleanliness and bedding, we strongly stand by our housekeeping standards. All rooms are cleaned and linens are changed before every check-in. If there had been any concern during your stay, our team would have been more than happy to address it immediately.As for the bathroom size and room layout, these details are clearly reflected in our photos and room descriptions. We understand that preferences vary, but we are transparent about our facilities.Regarding the entrance to the Giza Pyramids, access gates are controlled by local authorities and may close without prior notice. Unfortunately, this is beyond the hotel’s control. Being located in the pyramids area, the neighborhood can sometimes be lively, especially in peak seasons, similar to many central tourist areas.We truly value all feedback, but we also believe it is important to present an accurate picture for future guests. Las formas de ser no tienen responsabilidades hacia los clientes, si roban en la habitación ellos no tienen ninguna responsabilidad, si por cualquier razón manchas la responsabilidad es tuya y te lo cobran. En lo que se refiere a los empleados son muy atentos, las instalaciones están bien sin tirar cohetes otra pega que vi es la ducha es fija arriba no tiene extensión.
Es un hotel económico y está muy bien comunicado.
