酒店工作人员Grace和Betty两位美女，服务很热情有耐心。地段优越，通勤方便，房间安静不吵闹，办公休息两不误，衞生打理到位，服务规范，价格合理，出差常驻优选酒店。

当天11点到达酒店，立即办了入住，加了300元升级湖景房，总体感觉舒适，衞生间、洗澡间分设，乾湿分离；设备稍旧；小童乐园更适合小宝宝。

房间衞生打扫的很乾净， 衞生：管家每天都会问需不需要预约打扫，且打扫的很乾净，住着很舒服 环境：酒店环境没説的，周围超安静，睡觉睡得很踏实 设施：设施都很新，看得出来是很用心的，细节都做的很棒 服务：Ally Wendy Cirino都很热情，有什么不知道的地方都能得到及时解答，住着超舒心，心情也变得很好，下次还会来

A truly wonderful hotel experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent service throughout my stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much, this place is extremely relaxing. Our room was clean and tidy. The garden is one of the main highlights. The food was delicious, the only problem was that in the afternoon there were available only plastic cups for coffee etc. I had a massage that was very pleasant and relaxing (I healed my backache there thanks to the massage and healing sand ??). As for the spa, there could be warmer water in the indoor pool. Another problem was the bathrobes - you have to order them in advance and sometimes there are no available. In general, this stay was very pleasant and relaxing and we would like to return.

第一次听説木棉花：一个河北廊道的酒店这么贵凭什么？就因为挨着机场就贵？我不信（傲娇脸） 第一次入住木棉花：哎哟我去！这怎么感觉跟博物馆似的…哎哟~是怎么做到又土又洋的？土的是酒店房间开关跟过去家里老式的开关一样，洋气的地毯布局还有陈列~嗯~有点儿东西嗷~ 第一次赶飞机：咦？酒店前台旁边的红色大门可以直接到达客运大楼…300米？ 这…贵有贵的道理！**！下次害住！
