Nice and clean hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast. Location is well placed for local amenities, restaurants, bars/cafes. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a busy environment

Extremely disappointing. The Thai red curry was served cold, almost entirely devoid of flavour, and astonishingly small in portion. The dish contained only a token amount of chickpeas and exactly two small florets of cauliflower. Despite being priced comparably to a steak, it was barely sufficient as a starter. I left the restaurant still hungry and had to buy food again once I got home. This represents very poor value and a complete lack of care in both preparation and pricing.

Location very strategic. Walking distance to Station Surabaya Gubeng.

We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3d2n, overall experience was great, staffs were friendly and very helpful, breakfast variety was good, room was cozy & clean. Got free mini bar & we love all the amenities provided. Only con was no bidet in all the bathroom, but somehow will definitely repeat here.

部屋は清洁でとてもオシャレ。外は雪が降っていたが室内は半袖で过ごせるほど温かく、シャワーも快适。ベッドの寝心地も良い！スタッフはとても亲切でチップも受け取らないほど。朝食も美味しかった…また行きたいホテルです！
