Very dissapointed. We called before arriving at the hotel to pre book our breakfast and was told that the spa was closed and under refurbishment. Disappointedly, we left our swimwear and gym attire at home. When we checked in, we were then informed that the spa was, in fact, open! Only apologised and told to write to head office. The room was clean and fresh, but the comfort of the bed and pillows were terrible. Only a few hours sleep in a room which had permanent heat coming from the flooring in the bathroom and entrance.Even with the window open in early February the room was uncomfortable. Then to complete our stay we went for breakfast and ordered a full English which was served luke warm and not very nice, when the waitress was informed, her response was sorry, and left it at that. So in conclusion we left tired exhausted facing a 3hour journey home.Not what we expected after staying in a hotel and spa destination.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, nice food. Close to the local towns but in a quite location. Enjoyed our stay.

We paid for a plus room for extra comfort, only to lose sleep and be misled. The air vents would whine like someone was vacuuming in the next room all night. It was so distracting and loud, and to give Premier Inn the benefit of the doubt I waited to see if it would stop. It didn’t, and I did not sleep. I complained to reception early in the morning, was told I’d get money back if I called guest services and the receptionist noted my complaint down so that when the call happened they had confirmation. After 20 minutes on hold to guest services I was told no money could be refunded for the problems because I waited for it to stop. I am furious… the sleep guarantee is a scam, and I will not be booking with Premier inn anymore. Insensitive, Money grabbing liars.

Perfect for an overnight stay before a flight. Shuttle bus goes 3 times per hour, so that works well.

Hotel is excellent for lake side cottage stay and food. All the staffs working there are polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there with my family.

We had an incredible experience at the Marriott Hotel Boulevard. This hotel is truly worth every penny! Everything was top-notch, but a few things stood out: * The Breakfast: Simply amazing. Very rich, delicious, and offered a huge variety of choices. * The Location: Perfect and very convenient. It’s situated in a great spot, making it easy to get around. * SPA & Sauna: High-quality facilities and probably some of the best we’ve experienced. Truly a highlight of our stay. * Front Desk Service: A huge special thanks to Jasur at registration. He was professional and very attentive. He provided us with a room featuring a stunning sea view and arranged connecting rooms specifically for us, which we really appreciated. We visited from Khorezm, Uzbekistan. It was wonderful to feel such a connection with the local people; our languages are so similar to Azerbaijani that we felt right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!
