老板姐姐一家人都很好 全程接送站，很贴心，房间装修的也很漂亮 打扫的很乾净，在房间就能看到龟山公园，晚上还给我们约了土司宴 玩的非常开心 下次还来！！

Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from *******) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as ******* never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in. Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been nice to know this beforehand and we could of made the decision to cancel or not. They provided cheap ear plugs that did nothing. For the price of 2A and 1C (not even a 3rd bed) only two kings, it was over priced The air conditioner in both rooms operated with a flashing green light all night, so it was either be cold or forced to be kept awake by the green light & the nearby noise. Rooms were clean and tidy, good amenities. Suggest having menu in the room compendium also, instead of walking down in the dark and cold to look if it was vegetarian and/or child friendly.

What a fantastic hotel! Located just outside the old town it is great. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. We were served welcome fruits and snacks and ******* tea. They had ******* clothes you could wear and they also gave us a lift back to the station free of charge. Wonderful hotel! The staff were really helpful as well providing us with lots of recommendations which was really useful. 10/1

Booked the room with the balcony; didn’t managed to see wildlife close up near our room. Room is generally clean, do note that they do not have air conditioning. Staff were very responsive on WeChat, and responded to our needs very promptly. Also, they provide many free services like afternoon tea and photography session with costumes. For our trip, 3 photos(unedited) are free, while the others are chargeable. Breakfast was decent. Was an excellent experience with them,would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well organized, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality provided by the team. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
