Feels like the hotel and restaurant are run by different companies. The hotel itself is perfect with friendly welcoming staff, great Spa/pool and quality breakfast. The evening restaurant is unwelcoming, staff miserable and service poor.

The hotel was clean an the staff was helpful. Great food in the lobby, and close to everything on Broadway. Very good stay.

衞生：非常一般 床头柜上一层灰，玻璃上不明黑色污渍，沙发也是灰扑扑 想把垫子放地上吃个饭，意外发现一堆垃圾
服务：中餐厅晚上去完全没有服务人员，前台也是空的
房间确实很大，周边也便利

The stay was wonderful. There was a small mix up at check in. They offered us an upgrade for a modest up charge with the promise of a river view. We said yes and then had to wait a few minutes for the room. When we got to the room we had a view of tile roofs. We switched back to our original booking which ironically had a river view (which was gorgeous).
