酒店环境优美，设施齐全，可以在自家小院里火锅或烧烤，很惬意。管家赵俊芳服务特别到位，有求必应，入住需要的被子，浴巾，浴袍，全都第一时间配齐。还送了水果，浴粉，孩子的小玩具，艾草香囊，棒棒糖，孩子特别喜欢。管家的服务是主动的，会及时提醒注意事项，关注你吃的好不好，睡的怎么样，很贴心。酒店确实有宾至如归的感觉，如果有机会，会再来放松??

Excellent over night stay on our journey back to Calais. Clean and newly renovated. Pool table and table football as well as playroom for children. Bar open till 11pm. Restaurant a little too up market for our children but nice for adults. Highly recommend. We’ll stay again!

榻榻米房间很方便，距离温泉入口很近，带小孩很方便。一楼点的菜品口味也很喜欢，前台小顾的服务也很好，以后有机会再来玩儿！

清明人多，早餐感觉有些地方排队很长，很多食物没有了就不上了。不过环境很好，安静。

Love the one in Washington so this one was also excellent.

Nichts besonderes!

This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make or keep it cold. The last thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was one manager, Laurie I think, that was very present. When she was not there, we could not find anyone at the front desk. They would be in the back and not checking for any patrons for up to 10 minutes, maybe more if we were more patient. We had to yell in the back and when they appeared, they seemed annoyed that we called on them. There was no bell or any alarm that went off when entering. Overall, we would stay again but there could have been some easy fixes to make our stay more enjoyable.
