El sitio es muy moderno y limpio, a 15 minutos del centro andando y con metro a 1 o 2 paradas de lo más destacable. Mi pero más grande es: Si no duermes toda la noche con el aire puesto hace muchísimo frío. Está fatal insonorizado a la calle, se escucha hasta a la gente hablando, al menos en la primera planta. Como no hay recepción por la noche, la gente entra de madrugada dando portazos, etc y como nadie dice nada...pero eso es más culpa/mala suerte de los huéspedes con los que hemos coincidido en el hotel.

Advertised as Netflix & streaming available on smart tv but all disabled deliberately and access to hdmi connection blocked No effort to fix the problem just oh well Ad says limited parking, but really there is a lot but u have to pay $35 a night which was no where to be found on the ad

This is an absolutely lovely hotel outside Puerto Natales. It is quiet, rural and has a lovely view overlooking the hills and mountains. Rooms are large and very well decorated. Very comfortable beds and very welcoming hosts and reception staff. Breakfast is plentiful and food is good. Highly recommended hotel.

I had a problem with dozens of bugs, mosquitos, flies, even a big sicada in my room. My rate was excellent, 35 dollars a night, and I would have stayed there if it had not been for the insects. Everything else in the room worked perfectly fine and the staff was helpful and they have 24 hour security. Unfortunately, due to the bugs, I had to move to a different hotel in Maun.

Location is in the city , opposite of the beach. Our room is viewing to the beach. Breakfast: very traditional VN foods , nice atmosphere, lot of choices. Room: very clean. AC perfect. Staffs : they are helpful , kind . Polite. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, nice deco, nice view and clean. However the building parking was very complicated.

I arrived after 8pm, and after waking from Gere to there to find the office, I found out it was closed, I had 0 directions on how to check in. I am fine if there is no front desk, but if I already paid, I expected to have at least some instructions in advanced Also, the entrance of the building for the apartments, doesn't look safe at all. When you are inside the apartment, you can't lock the apartment. (They said it locks by itself) My studio was next to the cleaning room, so don't expect to rest in the morning, as you will wake up with all the noise they make. For my needs, I won't stay here again. Location is amazing.

- Location is just in 2 min walks from downtown - Apartment is pretty comfortable and spacious. We were 5 and still there was enough space to move around. - Facilities are in a great condition - There are all necessary amenities - Apartment was very clean and neat - Host were very friendly, explained us everything, gave us tips how to walk around and helped with parking
