卫生比较差的，卫生间和淋浴房都有前面客人留下来的长头发，我让服务员搞一下，她只搞卫生间的，淋浴房就不管了，还说了一句，黑色大理石看不出来的。 开会的人很多很多，吃早饭跟抢的一样，服务员就几个志愿者，收拾桌子多来不及的。大门口一塌糊涂。

体验很棒，值得推荐！酒店的地理位置优越，房间设施设备齐全，每天打扫的很干净，床很舒服，房间很安静！大堂非常漂亮，酒店介绍说是宋式美学风格，走廊长长一副壁画，很吸引人。酒店还贴心的准备了免费的饮品和茶点，超级喜爱。

酒店就在恐龙乐园出口，玩累了正好休息，特别方便，服务态度也很好，还赠送了两个小恐龙给孩子，很贴心。唯一不足是浴室喷头水太小了，还有周边没什么吃的。

A perfect stay in Florence. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was absolutely stunning with a luxury feel. Great location with a short walk to all of the top tourist sites. It was a pleasure to return every night.

新开没多久的酒店，环境一流，服务那真的是太棒啦！每天都有新鲜的水果，还能把早餐送到酒店门口，全智能家居，非常不错，体验很好，前台跟工作人员也非常热情，八楼居然还有吧台可以坐着喝酒，而且免费！下次再来一定还会住这里。

服务非常满意，人人都会微笑，尤其是前台于小姐，耐心解答我们的问题。原本以为靠高架近会影响睡眠，实际上很安静（本人睡眠对睡眠比较敏感的）。早餐也很丰富。环境也不错！只是智能马桶只是冲水，没有冲洗功能。

Facilities, kindnes, locatiion and value for room rate are all good, do happy to stay. Breakfast is also one of my favorites at this hotel. Will stay again.

Great location to trains, shops. Easy collection points close for tours. Very interesting district. 7/11 next door as well as small mart. Room was great design. Did not include cooking utensils. 2 cups only for coffee. Need to purchase all other. Cleaning was on basis of booking in. Staff very helpful an friendly. View from 29th floor excellent. Gym equipment was good.

The hotel is located on that part of Sanya Bay which is a good place to relax on the uncrowded beach. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is fine, being a foreigner the most attractive feature for me is a coffee machine with different options. For families with the kids they also offer different activities. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to have a budget - friendly place to stay, close to airport, and a nice service. Also there is a TCM clinic on the territory of the hotel, where you can get massage or acupuncture session.
