Room booked was not available. Put us in a room facing busy street. We had to call for our room to be cleaned twice. Shower door leaked terribly and caused an issue on the floor for us. Some of the staff was accommodating but other staff made us feel as if we were doing them a favour by staying there. On check out with all our bags the elevator was not working and after being stuck in the elevator, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs. The elevator was very frightening being trapped inside and we thought it was not up to ********* standards.

Hotel rooms was old and unhygienic

The first night day was perfectly fine but the second night we found out we had visitors – rodents in the vent unit. We called the front desk. They did send maintenance guy up, but he did not confirm what we saw, however we saw and heard it with our own eyes! The front desk did offer us free breakfast which is not sufficient! I did not have a good night sleep and had to drive five hours back to North Carolina with little sleep.

Very disappointed!
We did not get the room I booked (King bed with pull out couch). At check in I was told: so sorry, but there was a mistake and they accidentally gave my room away. Since we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) they offered one (!) roll-away bed for free.
There was no breakfast although the ad clearly states “ breakfast included”. They gave us 2 boxes that included a mini water bottle, a muffin and an apple. When we mentioned that we are a party of 4 guests, they said each room only gets two boxes. Makes NO sense!
There is no free parking only valet at $25 per night.
The pool looked green in the morning. Obviously it had not been cleaned in a while. We watched them sweep a lot of green algae together and eventually one of the staff got in the water in his underwear (!) to repair the pool light.
The location is great and the view of the marina is beautiful. But at almost $300 for a regular night I don’t feel that I received what I paid for…

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was yummy thank you for your hospitality I will definitely go back.
