In hindsight, I received the service I paid for! (Life lesson) But, the hotel did disingenuouly bill itself on Trip.com as a 4?? hotel, not so by international standards. I gave them a 4 ??s for service because, I discovered they did not put me in an exexutive room like my booking, I complained and pointed that fact out and they quickly rectified the situation, BUT ONLY BECAUSE I COMPLAINED! SAD! ?? The staff was kind and doing their best and I appreciated that. It was my first visit to Dehli and I have adjusted my expextations. Buyer beware!

J'ai passé 9 jours à me faire dorloter ! Vous êtes pris en charge pour un reset total ! Je suis revenue chez moi boostee et prête à repartir comme si j'avais fait une cure de jouvence ! Le personnel est génial, le chef concocte de super repas, les cours de yoga à c?té de la piscine au top et les massages incroyables et encore d'autres soins .. la maison est très belle, le jardin aussi ! Enfin merci à toute l'équipe ! J'ai vraiment énormément aimé mon séjour à la villa avec vous ! ???? merci merci merci !!!!

Amazing experience, as usual, from amazing breakfast, to amazing room service to yum dinner buffet at Veranda. We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days.. n its worth every penny spent. Special mention of Fortunate, Saidi and Sonali for magnifying my kids' experience of adventure park and kids club. And also Rajashekar and Tarikul for apt housekeeping. For us, Jabal Alakhdar means DusitD2!

酒店位置优越，步行3分钟到大英博物馆、靠近牛津街、中国城、Covent Garden、Soho等热门地点，交通便利；酒店前台友好、热情、免费送了伦敦地图，早晨服务员细致周到；早餐品种非常丰富，味道很不错；房子设施很新，整洁有品味，设施齐全，插座很多，插线板没有用上，而且有USB Type-C、苹果Lightning、Micro USB等插口，不用转换头，直接插就行，非常方便，室内中央空调，可制热可制冷；衞生间洗漱台超大，随便摆放洗漱用品，有浴缸，可泡澡也可以淋浴，水流大热水充足，除了洗发液，浴液，还有身体乳，非常贴心，放浴巾的架子是加热的，用的时候总是热乎乎的，细节做的非常好，能为顾客着想，非常不错的入住体验。
