Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. There is a Restaurant attached, which serves lovely food at very affordable prices and I received a free continental breakfast as part of my booking which was really nice.

The room was very unsanitary and fun clean. The tub was clogged before anyone used it. The towels had stains on them.The doors and mirrors also had brown strains. The vents were dusty. We left after one night and book another place at Sentral Alea which was around the same price .
It wakes over 20 minutes for valet to bring your car. They need self parking.
They refused to give us a refund due to their policy although the room was uninhabitable. When their management called about 5 days later they stated maintenance was in their way, then accused me of still being in the room although I checked out on Sunday and it was Friday. They didn’t realize it was a new reservation in that room.Please do not book this place!
