The hotel is newly renovated with good service and facilities. Good Onsen , good buffet with a lot of varieties. I have no second thought to recommend any visitors to stay in this hotel.

AMAZING cabin. Clean, private and very friendly staff members. I could do this over and over again.

Breakfast was nice, I requested an item twice from the water, and each time he said oh sure. Ig finished breakfast, talked with the new associate I met and left. Regardless of the waiters forgetfulness, I left a generous tip. ??

Whole experience was fantastic. Clean room, helpful staff, great amenities and wonderful spa service. Would return again

It really bothered me that you offer no complimentary coffee in the lobby. You gave me a glass of champaign when i got there. But either had to make my own, or go to Starbucks for coffee. Weird.
