Perfect location and very reasonably priced. The apartment was clean, clutter free whilst having everything you could need. A lovely view of the river. Communication was quick and easy and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Would recommend.

The hotel is clean and accessible by metros, though it is outside the main city. It has shops and food shops nearby. There is a facility of self check-in and they charge heritage fee @5 RM /per day. Good for staying short term :)

We were there from 6/2/2026 to 9/2/2026. We are a family of four with one 6 year old girl and one 9 months old girl. I can honestly tell you that it's not a baby-friendly hotel at all. The hotel does not have a microwave for guest use, as other hotels do, and, surprisingly, neither does their restaurant. I struggled to sterilise my 9 mo baby bottles, couldn't warm up her baby food. Very dusty beddings, walls and bedside lamps. My kids sneezed all night because of dust, and they had runny noses. Smelly shower curtain. We got an empty shower soap bottle when we first arrived. The mattress and pillows were comfy, though. Free parking and wifi. The heating system was okay.

This was a return visit for my wife and I to this owner managed small country house hotel in a spacious and peaceful setting. Whilst there are a few areas which would benefit from updating, the fundamentals are spot on; spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive service and outstandingly good food. We enjoyed a 2 night dinner, bed and breakfast package which was very good value.

The view from the room was amazing, the grounds and beach were clean and beautiful. The pool bartenders were very friendly and attentive. The adult infinity pool was epic. We had room service once and it was delicious. Club sandwich and Hawaiian pizza. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed eating out at primo's pizza just down the road. The towels were definitely a problem hit or Miss whether you got a bath towel or a hand towel or a face cloth. If you were lucky, same with beach towels sometimes they had them. Sometimes they didn't and the lady at the pool Beach towlr hut was very grumpy I would recommend that you bring your own coffee maker as there is no oy one in the room and the Starbucks doesn't open until 11:00 a.m.
