Helpful reception staff, clean, 10 to 15 minutes walk to Westfields Shopping Centre, good place to stop for Abba Voyage

The best hotel in Tokyo! Hotel Kazusaya is a wonderful place with incredibly kind staff, great facilities, and an excellent location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious as well. I’m a Korean traveler who doesn’t speak Japanese very well, but the staff treated me so kindly, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The cabin was very run down and in need of repair there were NO locks on any of the sliding windows, the oven was faulty, while there was a full kitchen the only cooking item was a small frypan, no pots. The cleaning was poor..honestly we left it cleaner than when we arrived. The beds were very poor, very hard hard, the bunk mattresses were so thin my kids could feel the slats underneath. I think for the price it is very very poor value.

The Opera Apartments is situated in a convenient location, walkable to train station, river and city centre. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything one could need for a city stay. The pool area is amazing! Fantastic views over the city and beyond. The staff were always friendly and helpful during are stay, thank you very much!

比较普通的选择，酒店老旧衞生一般，设施一般，周边环境一般，靠近火车站。比较称道的是前台态度很好，反应快。

Overall my experience was awesome including room service and would like to specifically highlight Pavan Apurba for made my experience much more better.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, kostenlose Parkpl?tze, sehr nette Angestellte, leckeres Frühstück und Tee im sch?nen Ambiente. Im Zimmer ist alles was man braucht, bequeme Betten, leider ist die Einrichtung altmodisch, Bad zu klein. Dafür aber hervorragendes Wellness Bereich mit Pool, Saunen, Infrarotkabine, Kneipp Bad. Hier ist alles sehr modern und sauber. Bedauerlicherweise fehlt diese 100% Sauberkeit im Zimmer.

酒店还是蛮乾净的，一点也不吵，睡了一晚挺舒服的，早饭也挺好吃，总体而言性价比还是可以的，欧洲反正酒店都挺贵

This Hotel is very "tired". Halls were dirty as was the area around the building. Check in slow, bed was horrible. Only the price was ok.
