Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è molto accogliente, con camere spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale sia per chi vuole godersi Moena, facilmente raggiungibile e vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Un aspetto che mi ha colpito particolarmente è la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale: sempre sorridente, pronto ad aiutare e attento a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Dal check-in alla partenza, mi sono sentito seguito e coccolato. La pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile e la colazione offre una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e senza pensieri. Sicuramente tornerò!

Great staff, and comfortable rooms! Close proximity to lots of shops and food!

have my best memories from this hotel thanks to Mrs. Grace at the reception, who is incredibly kind and lovely. My husband and I stayed in this dreamlike hotel for two weeks, and everything was truly excellent. Mrs. Grace is one of the best hotel staff members, and we really adore her. I definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Wonderful Island, fantastic service and people. A real quiet oasis. No negative points at all! Great food, nature. Big rooms and nice atmosphere.

The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation. FairPrice and 7-Eleven are nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and offer services in Mandarin,thank you to the staff member named Lishumei,they were great. The downside is that the rooms are not very soundproof, but the guests are generally well-behaved, so it's not too noisy.

idyllic calm oasis in the heart of Placencia Cozy, comfortable, tranquil. charming - in the heart of Placencia a shorlt walk from restaurants and bars but calm and sererne. The owners are terrific and extremely responsive.
