We love the omni at Barton Creek. Service and accommodations are great! One can’t beat this along with all the activities

Tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist Mega lecker und für alles gibt es glutenfreie/ milchfreie / vegane Alternativen. Das Abendessen im Lakeside war auch sehr, sehr lecker. Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet, nur die Glasschiebetür zum Bad war für die Kinder suboptimal. Pool und Familiensauna waren auch sch?n, besonders, dass der Au?enpoolbereich w?rmer war als innen. Bei uns hat auch die Abholung vom Bahnhof und die Ausleihe des Elektro BMW problemlos geklappt. Vor Ort ist man ohne Auto allerdings etwas aufgeschmissen. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Hotel was great, clean and breakfast was good. Special thanks to Selma for giving us a free upgrade to lake side view and aiding us with chargers etc.

Location is ideal for those who like to walk and close to the bus numero 2 stop. The room was very clean and spacious. Fully furnished. We had everything we needed except perhaps a wash machine.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while attending a wedding on 31st January. Great venue with fab service special mention to Lorraine and team who worked so hard on the wedding day to ensure everything went smoothly. So professional and friendly. A top weekend!

凌晨到槟城，本来还担心会手忙脚乱，结果May超热情地接待了我们，回覆快，办入住也利索，全程都很贴心，完全没因为我们深夜到店就怠慢，好感度直接拉满！期间有些问题她也很耐心地给予帮助。 房间很乾净，一进门就觉得亲切。床软乎乎的，睡了个好觉，旅途的疲惫一下就没了。最惊喜的是房间里有个完整的厨房，锅碗瓢盆都齐了，自己做点简单的吃的特别方便，就像在家一样。 还配备饮水机，随时能喝到热水和冰水，太贴心了。May还送了当地的特色咖啡，让我们嚐到了地道的槟城味道，这些小细节真的很用心。 酒店位置也超绝了，窗外就是大海，早上一睁眼就能看到海，心情都变好了。周边好吃的餐厅特别多，走几步就能吃到地道的槟城风味，去哪儿都方便，不管是逛景点还是买东西都很省心。 整体体验真的超预期，强烈推荐给来槟城的朋友，尤其是带家人出来玩的，住这儿真的太舒服了！

Un h?tel très sympathique qui ne propose pas de chauffage. Dommage car les employés y sont professionnels répondant aux besoins du client je recommande cette h?tel
