服务很好，加了Mindy管家微信，服务很周到，做了房型升级，房间视野很棒，衞生间观景很nice，床垫超级舒服，酒店早餐就是五星酒店的水准吧，中规中矩，中餐种类比较少，西餐多些！

First the staff was very good but there was a huge shortage of staff. They did what they could to help, I can see they were busy but very polite. The facility is very old but never any updates or little maintenance done. Garbage was laying around and lots poor maintenance done. Food very limit in choices and very repetitive. Without the excellent staff, you just as shut this place down unless huge money is spent on it

Excellent place to have wedding, party and pure staycation chill out. Very near to betal batim beach .... Rooms are very cozzy ...... Service is top class. They ensure you have very good experience. Food is very good. Both veg and non veg

It's perfect if you are coming for medical reasons at Bumrungard Hospital

入住体验满分！刚到民宿，老板就热情地帮忙搬行李，还贴心地介绍了周边的游玩攻略。房间布置得特别温馨，细节处理的很到位，感觉像回到家一样温暖。住在这里既放松又安心，还有必须提的就是，他们家的餐厅超级好吃，菜品如图，五星好评没商量！

Pillow material must be sweat free. Rest food and other services were excellently good and comfortable. Cleanliness of rooms and all floor are good too.

The location is peaceful and even nearby to the office and the atmosphere is very homely and beautiful. The rooms and the service just make our stay very smooth so overall a very positive review from my side. I’m in love with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel! And even the attendants are friendly and cheerful. I have been served by Vishal today and the service was appreciative!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Im J?nner 2026 war ich zum mittlerweile 7. Mal im Patteriol für meinen Skiurlaub. Diese tolle Unterkunft hat wieder zu einem tollen Skiurlaub beigetragen. Hervorzuheben sind das leckere Frühstück, insbesondere das Rührei mit Speck sowie diverse selbstgemachte Leckereien wie z.B. Obstsalat oder Marmeladen. Auch der gro?zügige Wellnessbereich l?sst keine Wünsche offen. Rosi und Peter sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit sowie voller Lebensfreude mit ansteckender Liebe zur Natur und zum Arlberg. Und sie finden immer a bissl Zeit, sich über dies und das auszutauschen. Bis zum J?nner 2027!
