worst experience ever...booking with breakfast & turn up no b/fast...depo refund take 7-14 working days..WTF!!....no free parking & i paid RM50 for parking (checkout @ 9.30am)..i requested an early check-in but the management charged RM50 for it. Since it was already 2.30pm at that time, i decided to wait until 3pm. However, when it reached 3pm and i asked to check-in, the room was still being cleaned and the management asked me to wait another 40 minutes. not recommed at all. Tq.
