とても良いホテルでした ホテル全体も静かで落ち着いていたため夜もぐっすり眠れました 小さいお部屋でしたが女子二人旅には十分なサイズで挂け布団が２つになっているのが个人的に10/10でした スタッフの皆さんも亲切でした

Shocking food and dirty room, customer service is very poor, apart from the young man doing the breakfast service in the morning, he couldn't do enough for everyone.

Hotel and room were spotless. Abundant, well trained and kind staff made it seem like a Ritz Carlton experience. A five minute walk to the border making walking the fastest transportation choice to and from the border.

Location is not much far from city of Colombo can reach easily via southern express way. Atmosphere is sunny. Rooms interior are satisfactory but outer appears should be modernised. Cleanliness need to improve for outdoor arrangements & refreshments due disturbance the crows. Actually no noisy as the location is much spacious. No disturbance from other guests. Service is good and dedicatedly conecerning for the groups. Additionally - cooperative FOM & other admin staff, stewards are need to be more qualified. Main course & supplement foods are good. Desserts & cake tastes are excellent ???? This place providing sperate game room for indoor games & outdoor location as well. Having two main swimming pools are advanced feature for this hotel.??

Steps from the beach. Beautifully decorated rooms. We were upgraded to a King bed. The pool and spa were clean and nice decor outside as well. We recommend this room to all.

Pride is always a best for corporate stay. We are here for the best service and quality people and service. Mr. Mujib at restaurant during morning breakfast always give a best service to all. He is an exemplary resource for Pride. All people in restaurant are courtesies and ask everyone very politely.
