The place is beautiful but the customers service is way below average . The staff was rude - the food took forever in the restaurants - the air condition was fixed so we could not make it cooler I am a Marriott ambassador elite and experienced traveler and I will never stay at that property again

Nice hotel in great location with very nice swimming pool on the roof. Room is clean and smells good. Only problem is that you can hear each sound from the road and plains flying at night very low. We had issue with cold water but it was fixed and we got a complimentary drinks. Staff was kind and helpful.

This is the best place to stay in Folkstone! A beautifully refurbished Victorian hotel on the seafront. Our room was well worth the money for its tasteful decor and excellent sea and promenade views. The buffet breakfast was superb - great variety and quality. All staff we met were excellent, well-trained in their role and obviously enjoying their job.
