The staffs are super helpful and nice . We love the dinner so much it was delicious, and we celebrated anniversary and birthday , they also gave us surprise present , we created wonderful memories there !

Am Ende einer radreise fand ich dieses Goldstück mit tollen Services und einen Pool in der 7 Etage. Das Essen war hervorragend und auch der Service den ganzen Tag über! Meine Empfehlung zum ankommen oder abreisen ideal da in der N?he vom Flughafen!

Schrecklich ! Als erste - schmutzige boden im pool ! Etwas schwimmt unten ! Essen besonders schlecht !!! Richtg schande für soviel geld ! Für uns jetzt 2 sterne hotel ! Schande für so ein gute hotel noch vor zwei Jahre ! Ganze buffet in meinen augen billig ware , sehr schlecht gekocht ! Personal TOP ! Ganz nette leute ! Zimmer w?nde schmuzig ! Also fazit - NIE WIEDER IN DIESE HOTEL , Entteuschung 100 prozent ! Geld ins fenster !

Hotel provided free room upgrade upon check-in. Free parking lots were conveniently located opposite the hotel. Dinner and breakfast were both very delicious. Highly recommend to stay here when visiting Yanagawa.

Clean room tho bed a bit lumpy. Dinner in bar was yum, had help at check in to book a table. Staff all friendly and would stay again.

Price was great for location. Hotel has everything you need and very very convenient (I love Lumpini park area and there is everything around, hotels, shops etc). Although small things I didn’t like: 1) smell - hotel has to do something with ventilation system, I stayed at other hotel of chain Quarter by UHG and it was impeccable. Here needs some renovation. 2) I lost key and they charged me 200bath. At the reception guy tried to fool me and say 300 when I did checkout , it’s not a big deal but don’t like dishonesty.
