Stayed here the night before a course Meet and greet was wonderful and Alex was so friendly and professional at the desk. Room was lovely and did the job - loved the thisworks products in the bathroom. Conference room and catering was also wonderful for the day ??

The Level experience was amazing, just come back from a 7 day break. Weather quality, food amazing and premium drinks. 10/10

the breakfast limited and very greasy, bar closed at 8pm so was not used

AC doesn’t work - at 11pm they offered to move us to another room. We were unpacked and needed to get up at 6am. No one was available to try to fix the problem. Second offered solution was to open the balcony doors. That worked (in May ) for the temperature but we had 7 hours of no / fitful sleep with the street noise. What do they do in August when it is 90 outside??!! Stay elsewhere Perhaps there are reasons why Kempinski yanked their association with this hotel

Even though they are just finishing up a renovation, great place to stay! Cute rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

second time i have stayed here. booked three weeks in advance to gain best price per night of the rooms. If you just want somewhere to sleep and wash, then these rooms are perfect. the wifi is appalling in the building. full bar on my phone outside the front door but when in the room, i had hardly any wifi through my own network and the hotel wifi was not much better. I have suggested for some form of fold up desk/table in the rooms but no response to that yet. You cannot work on a laptop in your room. you be sat on the bed with the laptop on your lap. it was painful in the back and neck. You can go downstairs in the cafe if you want but i like to be in my room.

Una habitación ruidosa y fría sin posibilidad de poner aire caliente yo puedo con ventana y daba a un pasillo sólo una cortina y entraba luz. El desayuno de muy baja calidad y poca variedad, lo peor el café de sobre!!!! No lo recomendaría.
