We picked this place due to the location and didn't use their services alot so no comment on that part. No smoking it says but entire room was filled with smoke smell and even on the pillows. For someone with sensitive nose it was not acceptable.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo hotel. La struttura è splendida e situata in una posizione ideale, a soli 50 metri dal mare, in un ambiente tranquillo e allo stesso tempo a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione — una posizione perfetta. Il letto è di eccellente qualità: abbiamo dormito come su una nuvola. Il bagno, completamente rinnovato, è moderno, funzionale e molto piacevole. Anche la camera è contemporanea e perfettamente attrezzata, non manca nulla per sentirsi a proprio agio. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: una vera delizia! Tutto era delizioso, vario e preparato con cura. L’intero hotel è di una pulizia impeccabile e molto ben mantenuto. Desideriamo ringraziare di cuore Ema per la sua professionalità e il suo buonumore contagioso, così come Alessia per la sua gentilezza e i suoi preziosi consigli. O hotel oferece lindas vistas de Tropéa , das praias , das falésias . Os jardins tbm s?o muito bonitos e cuidados ! S?o os únicos pontos realmente 5 estrelas !! Os quartos s?o bons mas nada de especial , e n?o existe elevadores, o que é bem desagradável ! A grande decep??o foi a comida ! Por??es minúsculas , de gosto duvidoso , caras e nada satisfatórias ! O café da manh? t?o exótico e minúsculo que nem dá pra descrever !! Com certeza n?o voltaria a me hospedar lá !

Good location to major roadways and in the industrial park for meeting with customers

Pool was out of service and the internet was unstable. Staff are polite and welcoming, rooftop restaurant has a great view and food.

Such an amazing historic hotel. Came to celebrate my birthday and the staff were amazing. We went to a few pubs in Stratford but there bar area was genuinely the best. So cosy and great staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Excellent location, clean room, very good breakfast, lots of charm. Gym is off-site, but would definitely stay here again.

位于火车站步行3分钟。有洗衣服务。入住送了饮料券。早餐性价比高。就是酒店入口有5，6级台阶，虽然旁边有个拉行李的小铁板斜坡，对女生拉大行李箱的不是太友好。
