Staff are amazing. Thx entertainment staff for all activities and shows. Rooms were cleaned and stocked. Bartenders and restaurant staff so friendly and attentive. Lobby staff helpful and welcoming.

The water pressure in the shower is really low. There’s a half glass wall coverage with no door, leads to bathroom floor being flooded. Parking options are terrible and not explained well before arriving. You need to have a room key inserted to the wall to power lights, tv and A/C, I left my card and the housekeeping team took it.

We stayed for 3 nights at this unique property on B/B and evening meal .Adele ,Emerson and Maggie looked after us very well. It is a very modern design but at the same time in need of some refurbishment ie the decking round the pool, also the chemicals in the pool need to be checked daily and paintwork needs to be freshened up.These are not big things but the property would definitely look better. Emerson needs to have help instead of having to do to many jobs.As there are many steps it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. We had a relaxing time and did not leave the property during our stay

Bilik air berbau kepam dan kurang bersih, tiada exaust fan. Kemudahan lain ok. Ruang bilik bau tidak menyenangkan .

The room was clean and the staff was very nice, however the musician downstairs was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves talk. Also, it took FOREVER to get hot water to the bathroom sink without turning on the faucet AND the shower to wash up at 10:00 at night. Kinda not a good thing in a place that has a water shortage.

泳池很漂亮??住这附近最好的看塔房，房间超级大，不过衞生一般般，有蟑螂，投诉无门就算了，不能寄行李，比较麻烦，照相非常出片，网红打卡圣地

前台日本女孩子态度太差了 什么斗解决不了 帮忙充个手机点电都不愿意，不知道是不是歧视。

环境：酒店在库萨达西山顶上，日落海景一流 衞生：入住第一天就发现床上有好多好多蚂蚁，跟前台沟通之后换了房间，但是把海景房给换没了！！ 设施：相对封闭式管理很安心，但是停车场非常小。入住期间正好赶上春节，酒店接待了几大拨旅行团和会议，停车位非常紧张。记得提前打听打听错开旅行团的出发和用餐高峯期，否则自助早餐都没得吃。
