Very pleasant, authentic cottages, close to Nairobi and Nairobi National Park and Karen Blixen Museum as well. Very kind and helpful staff, breakfast was included. Good overlooking on the Nairobi National Park.

Got a good checked in and request amenities service is good. Staying for 5 days with my whole family. On the third day our bathroom flooded I don’t know what happened. They transfer as to a queen bed and a couch. Just accepted it as I do t want to deal with the incident overnight. Fully understand if no rooms available to accommodate us. But they did attended to our needs so far. But pretty much over all stay it was a ok. The hotel seems old but maybe preserving the looks of the hotel. Needs some upgrading.

They don't allow rebooking stay since our flight was cancelled due to typhoon. Phillipines Airlines already rebooked our flight, how come their hotel won't rebook our stay. They steal our money for that, they get paid but wr didn't stay. Poor management

The room was very clean. The morning breakfast baskets were a great way to start the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lights in the room are my only complaint. They flicker frequently and are super bright I found them abrasive
