Dear Irina Silina, thank you very much for your wonderful 10/10 review and for sharing your experience at Oriana Homèl Milano. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our central location, the cleanliness of the apartment, the security standards, and the comfort of the facilities provided. We also appreciate your feedback regarding housekeeping and cleaning supplies. As an apartment-style accommodation, our service is designed differently from a traditional hotel, but your comments are extremely valuable and help us better communicate our services and improve the guest experience.Regarding payments, we would also like to thank you for mentioning this aspect, as card payment is currently required for additional charges. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon for another enjoyable stay in Milan.Kind regards,Eduardo MooreResident Manager

Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. I was only using the hotel to sleep in but would recommend it. Although, obviously it is an older hotel (which is part of its charm) so they have to battle with old fittings etc

Everything awesome very nice atmosphere all rooms are very nice very clean services is best all staff are very Gud behaviour

I stayed at this apartment recently, and while it had a beautiful interior and a fantastic location, I did run into some cleanliness issues. The microwave had old moldy food in it, and the washing sponges had hair on them. Additionally, I couldn’t find any basic supplies like salt, pepper, or even water. They did send a cleaner after me saying there was no point as I was leaving the next more also . But still sent her anyways I walked out to her in my apartment , I assume she didn’t think I was in but yeah . There’s also no way to lock the front door from the inside so that you feel safer , which I do think is a bit scary at night time but no one can’t come in without a key fob just would have been nice for a bit of clarity . Communication was a bit slow, and there was some confusion about having guests; I only found out after paying an deposit andasking that guests weren’t allowed. Overall, I think if they addressed the cleanliness and clarified guest policies up front, it could be a really great stay.
