Very good definitely recommend. Clean and well maintained hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff that made check-in a breeze. Lots of activities for kids like pool, arcade room and scheduled activities (like making your own slime). Large pool, hot tub and saunas on site. Some cons were that there was not much of a selection in market for food. Another was that the rooms were outdated and needed a little extra cleaning particularly the vents but were accommodating and clean. Sound carries throughout the units (especially the shower and running kids).

The hosts were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with good quality ingredients used. The B&B and room itself was very clean and gave that fantastic village, Cotswolds feel! Had a lovely stay, no complaints whatsoever.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided, and the staff were very friendly. One of them, V, was especially helpful and professional. I truly felt welcomed, happy, and excited. The room was spacious, and the view from the coffee house was fantastic! which was the most important part for me! The location is also convenient, with easy access to other places in town. *************, I give it a 10/10!

room was very small. had issues with the shower but it was fixed straight away. restaurant was good but expensive.

We had a really great experience at this hotel. It was our first visit of london and I found this hotel location quite accessible to buses and underground transportation. Rooms were very lovely and clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are well designed with interior and can open the window for fresh air. View wasn't that good though but everything else worth going for it. You won't regret afterall. The reception staff members were very friendly, polite and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The lobby diffuser was so strong that everyone in my family immediately had a headache going in and out through the lobby. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator in the room also had a terrible hum that we had to unplug it just to sleep.
