The food was amazing but the room was fine just the sea view was worth it. The service was slow , in the restaurant the tables were left dirty, chairs were dirty and maybe to save electricity the staff was switching off the fans leaving us in a hot atmosphere, everyone even started sweating . The complimentary breakfast in the bakery section had a cockroach crawling and the breakfast was cold and didn’t taste good , the eggs were also smelling

What a beautiful hotel! Steeped in history and lovingly preserved, the common areas and the rooms are gorgeous. I especially loved the kettle which included Nescafé, and bathrobe/slippers. Great breakfast, helpful staff. Would stay here again

Enjoyable and pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, near the train station and walkable to the city centre and tourist attractions. Check in and out were smooth and fast, service staff were excellent. Room is of acceptable size, clean and bed is comfortable. Quiet stay. Highly recommended.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Fortune Park Pushpanjali at Durgapur.The location is excellent, right in the city centre, making it very convenient to access everything nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The overall property is very well kept and gives a neat and welcoming feel. What truly stood out was the supportive and courteous staff across all departments — from the reception team to housekeeping, everyone was professional and always ready to help. The restaurant was also very well maintained, and the staff there provided service with genuine warmth and care, which made the dining experience even better. A special mention and sincere thanks to Mr. Ujjal, Souvick, Anamika, and Bubai for their excellent support and hospitality. Their efforts made the stay extra comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service in a prime location at Durgapur.
