The room was lovely and clean with brilliant amenities, the only issue we had where the pillows...they where far too squashy, we hardly slept all night on them, they looked to be expensive feather pillows but just not the firmness we needed, other than that the hotel is lovely, the spa on the other hand isnt very good (the spa has nothing to do with the hotel) the lady i spoke to about a leg wax looked like she really couldnt be bothered doing anything, she tried 3 times to put me off booking any treatment, told me the wax would take 45 minutes to an hour to heat up after um'ing and ahh'ing about actually having to get out of her seat, tgis is a terrible service and althought it doesnt actually belong to the beautiful hotel...it gives the hotel a bad name

We enjoyed ourselves here. Staff were nice & accommodating. Nice variety for the dinner buffet options which were different each night, and I especially loved their chilaquiles bar for breakfast! Older property but well maintained. I feel like we got what we paid for. I plan to go back again.

Chambre agréable, spacieuse et propre, donnant sur un parc les prix franchement magnifique. Restaurant au cadre très agréable et proposant de super plats cuits à la cheminée. Petit-déjeuner, succinct mais correct

hotel idéalement placé dans le 5e, personnel agréable, spa très sympa, chambre correcte, salle de bain petite mais propre et agréable.

I like this hotel best is near airport best location ??

Hotel restaurant food is delicious and not so expensive. Location wise is very good. Since I am on business trip for exhibition, it is very near to Pragati Maidan.

The lobby was beautiful and we were greeted when we walked in. Staff was kind and caring. The room was modern, clean and set up well. The breakfast was good and there were several options. Just a great experience.

Good location. Walking distance from JB Sentral bus terminal and Tan Hook Nee heritage St. The rest is average - cleanliness, service, and amenities.

Aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer mooie luxe hotel kamer. een relaxte sfeer en vanuit de hotelkamer toegang tot een prachtig strand, iets mooiers kunnen we ons niet voorstellen.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr sch?nen Stil, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort kann man das Frühstück für 12 € p.P. w?hlen und es ist fantastisch. Zu Fu? ist man an allen wichtigen Punkten, man nutzt den Bus oder nimmt ein Fahrrad. Sehr empfehlenswert.
