I had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent facilities and staff. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Truly outstanding service—highly recommended!

Big Disaapointed. I paid for a big room. They gave me an accessibility room and since we were not happy with shower layout I asked for a different room which is not accessibility and they gave me a small room which is not the category I booked. Staff were not helpful at all at the reception. No recommended and will not visit again.

Very satisfied with the stay. I was upgraded to a room facing the quiet courtyard, which made it especially peaceful and comfortable.

Although the staff was great the hotel is not what is described as advertised. Rooms are equipped with dated yard sale furniture, the best piece being the tv. Phone was inoperable and stored inside the nightstand drawer. Hotel sits on an active railroad with trains coming through at least 2-3 times during the late evening and early mornings. Breakfast is only available on the weekends, and the restaurant opens at 11am. We will not recommend or refer anyone to this hotel

Stayed at Metropole for a short trip and had a good experience. The property is well-kept, the rooms are neat, and the service is prompt. The staff were polite and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We stayed at Cotton Tree Rovera Apartments for 6 nights and absolutely loved our time there. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kate was incredible—so helpful, always cheerful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. Her hospitality really stood out. The pool was inviting and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. Shops, the beach, restaurants, and public transport were all just a short stroll away. The whole area felt very safe for families, and the Sunday morning market right on our doorstep was a delightful bonus. Highly recommended—we will definitely be back!

No staff on location, my shower didn't work, no blow dryer I ended up being the only one there after being assured others were coming. I was very uncomfortable. If you're looking for a quaint bed and breakfast. This offered nothing of the sorts. It's in the back of a brick and mortar building. Make sure to read ALL the fine print before you book

We have stayed in this hotel four times and just love it. The rooms are a little tired and in need of an upgrade but they are clean and practical. The location ( if you like the sea and beaches) is excellent. Right next to an amazing beach. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The food was very good with a wide variety of choices. We will be back.
