I wanted a special stay for my birthday, and booked lunch together with a facial, and scalp massage. The food was fantastic, and the Snake Pass Sour cocktail even better. The spa facilities were small but pleasant. All the staff, but especially the younger ones, were friendly and welcoming. My room was very pretty but sadly over the kitchen so it was very noisy and smelt strongly of cooking; it would have been good to have had a warning about this as I'd have happily switched to a shower-only room for the sake of a quiet night's sleep. When I mentioned it at checkout I was cheerfully told thyat yes, it was a noisy room, so staff are aware of the issue.

Amazing place in a secluded and safe neighbourhood. I have noticed they have a lot of homestays around. They all are amazing. Check in check out was smooth even though they dont have anyone on site. Also, the management are extremely responsive.

Excellent appartement ,very clean, spacious at a great location.

Great hotel in a great location . Very good breakfast as well.

Great location and good service and room was very clean and modern. My only fault would be the hotel didn’t seem busy but we were put in a room at the back with no sea view. Bearing in mind we spent a lot on the room then another ￡150 in the bar/restaurant don’t know why we couldn’t have a sea view.
