Location, location !!!!! right on the beach, great staff, great view of the sea and Table Mountain

Yes but messed up our bar/breakfast upstairs- fixed it the next day but should have believed us on the day it happened- my coworker went without breakfast because of the mistake

Una estrella lamentablemente y porque no se le puede poner menos. Hemos estado alojados en la Suite Japonesa este fin de semana de NIEVE. Una absoluta decepción. Nada más llegar el personal de recepción frío, te cogen los datos con desgana casi sin prestarte atención. Subimos a la habitación y nos damos cuenta de que está congelada, tocamos los radiadores y estaban apagados. NEVANDO. Como puede ser posible sabiendo la previsión de tiempo que no tengan la habitación acomodada y aclimatada para los huéspedes? El único espacio donde se estaba medianamente cómodo era en el salón/bar de la chimenea. Pero por la chimenea, porque el personal COMPLETAMENTE DESAGRADABLE y FUERA DE LUGAR. Nos hablaban con desprecio y tratándonos MAL. Sobretodo un camarero moreno del que por suerte o por desgracia no preguntamos el nombre. Viajamos muy a menudo y es la primera vez en nuestra vida que nos encontramos con una cosa así en un hotel. Si seguimos con el tema habitación, aparte de congelada (repito estaba nevando y estábamos a -2o) y sin calefacción, pagamos un extra por alojarnos en una habitación de categoría superior como es la Suite Japonesa. El ba?o tenia un jacuzzi en el que el agua salia amarilla completamente turbia. El minibar enchufado eso sí, con dos vasos de cristal en el interior... sería para enfriarlos......pero ni una mísera botella de agua, al no tener agua y darnos cuenta de noche, bebemos del grifo pensando en que sería potable o en que no habría problema en beber de él. La sorpresa vino cuando mi pareja estuvo toda la noche en el cuarto de ba?o indispuesto y nos dimos cuenta el domingo al salir de la habitación que en un papel ponía que no era recomendable beber del agua del grifo. Una habitación de 300€ y que no haya ni una mísera botella de agua. Decepcionante total. Si seguimos con la cama, colchón deleznable, completamente duro como una tabla al igual que las almohadas, dos almohadas ridículas del grosor de un papel de fumar. El gel y champú que nos encontramos al llegar el viernes (2mini botes de gel y 2 de champú y 2 mini pastillas de gel), no repusieron nada, pero volviendo al tema calefacción, a -2o un hotel de nieve, lamentable que no la tengan en NINGUNA ESTANCIA DEL HOTEL, durmiendo con mantas y pijamas y pasando frío. Si seguimos con el personal, como dije anteriormente completamente fuera de lugar ,desagradable y decepcionante. Estábamos tomando algo en la zona de la chimenea ya que repito en la habitación no se podía estar del frío que hacia al estar nevando, era la única zona aclimatada del hotel y ademas de eso donde estaba el bar, estábamos tranquilamente tomando algo ya que por si a los trabajadores del hotel se les olvida, VAMOS DE VACACIONES O POR LO MENOS A DESCONECTAR Y A ESTAR TRANQUILOS, no a joderlos a ellos ni a complicarles la existencia. En todo momento metiendo prisas porque teníamos reserva en el restaurante del hotel y a las 22.30 cerraban cocina. Por esa parte lo puedo llegar a entender, nuestra reserva era a las

Room was clean and good. ?However the coffee machine did not work. The shower water pressure was extremely low and the toilet did not flush well. ?If those get fixed, then this is a good place to stay. ?Great service and clean.

Overall nice and clean

While the hotel is quite convenient to the airport, that is perhaps the only positive thing I can say. From finding earwigs in the fruit bowls (which were refrigerated), to experiencing a horrible food poisoning from the food it was rather a poor experience here.
