Room was clean, bed comfortable, duvet a little thin. Water jets in bath needed a really good scrub…put me off taking a bath. Particular staff member in restaurant rather brusk. Walking away while we were still giving order….not exactly welcoming or skilled at dealing with guests. Breakfast quality and choice excellent. All other staff excellent. 3 stars to reflect comments above and price point.

There was no refrigerator, no kettle, not even tissues or a trash can.
To make things worse, when I ordered Uber Eats at night, an elderly woman at the entrance (possibly the owner) complained and told me that eating and drinking were not allowed.
The location was the only good thing about this place, but I would never stay here again.
Seriously, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Room was stunning on the 4th floor as l booked room with balcony but after l found door locked was informed by reception it is due to health & safety. Why would you pay for a balcony room with no access and no window to open. Didnt eat at hotel as breakfast ￡18 which is high

The staff was nice, the room was clean and quiet. I was only in town because my flight to Louisville was canceled due to the snowstorm and was happy to find a convenient and inexpensive place to stay near the airport.

Персонал добрый и отзывчивый. Местоположение удобное: с одной стороны у ТЦ SM, где есть почти всё от еды до одежды, с другой стороны - в тихом квартале (нет шума транспорта). В номере чисто и просторно. Единственное - не хватало чайника.
