Beautiful, clean accommodation, great wellness and amazing food. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

The room is very spacious and big and clean however the hotel is a little bit dated and they are doing renovation so the Aircon main power keeps going off and we have to get a technician to come and fix it. The location is far away from the night Bazar so if you want to go to the night market, it is required to take a taxi however the price is cheap cheaper than those in the city centre, it is a trade-off between location and price

Sensational hotel, absolute gem. Ill definatley be back

隔音非常好，这是最完美的一点 客房送水的服务人员会主动多给一瓶水 特别表扬门口的Ruby，他每次见我们都会热情的打招呼，人真的超级好，其他门口接待的人员都要多向他学习 酒店确实老旧一些，但是位置不错，性价比拉满 要去柏威年可以从隔壁悦榕庄大堂左手边坐电梯到2楼连廊过去，节省很多路程

Долго пришлось искать отель, сам номер в принципе стоит своих денег, завтрак тоже был сносный, больше всего понравилась терраса на 14 этаже , только это перекрыло эмоции негативные. С террасы реально хорошо видно пирамиды и завтрак с таким видом это отлично ?? Огромный минус, просто УЖАСНЫЙ РАЙОН, Очень, очень грязно, агрессивные местные жители, нужно очень быть аккуратнее, могут остановить без штанов, как говорится, везде попрошайки. Только на одну ночь не более и только, потому что есть терраса с видом на пирамиды, кстати пешком до Плато Гизв 15 минут, но нужно смотреть, чтобы тебя не задавили на дороге и срезали сумки, будьте аккуратнее. Рекомендую выбрать более спокойный район

The wellness facilities and treatments were excellent, and the experiential dinner with wine pairing truly amazed me. I can definitely recommend this place. The room was clean and perfectly fine, and I really enjoyed my stay overall. I also appreciated the smooth and helpful communication with the staff regarding the treatments and the planning of the entire stay. Everything was well organized, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Sehr altes Hotel. Sehr kleine Zimmer. Der junge Mann am Frühstück war sehr nett und macht frisches Omelett und Rührei. Leider die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt.

Our room door had a part of the door frame missing and people could see in. I asked for another room , the room was occupied we walked in on a man. No telling what could’ve happened knowing my wife was the one that went in the man’s room

El personal es amable, las habitaciones están limpias y mi preferencia por este hotel es la ubicación, está ubicado en una zona muy accesible, rodeado de centros comerciales; enfrente se encuentra una plaza con Oxxo, farmacia, Starbucks y bancos.
