My wife and I stayed here last week during our annual ski trip. Wow what a very beautiful, professional and friendly hotel this is. Right from the start Roberto his daughter, wife and all staff made us very very welcome and all with a gentle humour The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was absolutely superb with traditional dishes from the Aoster region. Great place to stay whether you are skiing or walking as it’s very central for the town. There is a long chair lift literally outside the hotel that takes you on a red ski run, if you need a gentler slope to start or want to access the main area of the Monterosa ski area then their is a great shuttle bus which is literally a minutes walk to the stop. Definitely will go back to this lovely place

The hotel was great until 8:30 am the next morning. We were shocked awake by about fifteen 7 - 9 year olds running and screaming up and down the hallway in front of our room playing hockey. We complained at the front desk and we were told "very sorry but quiet time ended at 8:30" Apparently they booked our entire floor except our room to some youth hockey team and didn't bother to tell us . We won't be staying at the Park again.

Came home with lots of bites, visited doctors turns out to be bed bugs!!! Disgusted

Very friendly staff, comfortable hotel with small pool. Restaurant in first floor has delicious food.

Soundproofing was terrible and there was a power outage during midnight with alarm ringing throughout the building Room is clean but sad to say I will avoid coming back by all means.

Very nice, well decorated, cozy winter hotel. Service, staff, food were amazing. They tried hard to make it an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Matteo, the owner, for thinking of all the details. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, tasty. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly, especially Linda made a great effort to meet our needs. Ski rental inside the hotel was well taught. We by passed the busy, time consuming ski rental process by rental option at the ski room at certain times. They had shuttle service to lifts and Ortisei which was very convenient. Spa and outdoor pool was a great treat after a long ski day. We will be back hopefully next winter. It was just a great experience. I highly recommend Hotel Niblea to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible staff. We checked in on 30/01/2026 and checked out early next day by 9 AM. We accidentally left behind a Samsung original mobile charger. Despite clearly explaining exactly where it was kept, the hotel flatly denied finding it—without even properly checking with housekeeping. The Hindi-speaking receptionist and the so-called manager Revanna were rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in investigating. Instead of verifying facts, they blindly relied on staff statements and accused us of making a false allegation. The manager openly said they are least bothered about negative reviews and mocked customers saying that threatening reviews is all they can do. No courtesy, no accountability, no professionalism. If a hotel cannot even make a basic effort to trace a missing charger worth ?3,500, one wonders what would happen if something valuable like jewellery went missing. Shockingly poor attitude toward guest concerns. Absolutely not recommended.
