Un hotel con 3 restaurantes y un bar cómodo más y un área de wellness con sauna y piscina. Los empleados son amables y salen los billetes de ski también. Las habitaciones son nuevas y cómodas.

晚上自助入住，房间有特色，但酒店主图和实物不符，酒店自己应该是在一个物流区里，路边都是大货车。 有预订早餐，结果説无早餐，也没有buffet. 其他ok

环境很好的，就在格雷梅小镇上，早餐挺好吃的，可惜我们去的三天都在下雨没有坐上热气球但是在酒店里也挺好拍的，还有很多的小狗小猫

It was perfect! Felt very safe as a woman with my daughter.

Stayed in family suite. Service was good. Location provided perfect view. The only downside is the entire family had to share 1 toilet.

Ero ad Arezzo e scorrendo tra le promo, noto l’eleganza di questo posto. Prenoto e mi dirigo anche stavolta oltre zona. Raggiungibile facilmente, in posizione comoda, offre ampi spazi di parcheggio, proprio fronte la struttura. L’hotel offre oltre le camere, anche un servizio SPA ai suoi clienti (il che mi invita a tornare anche solo per questa) ma stasera siamo venuti per il ristorante. Sala bella come da foto : si divide in quella interna e quella esterna, che si affaccia sul giardino con piscina. Conto, in totale, almeno 100 sedute. Conto almeno 6 camerieri e Michele che li coordina. Michele é dotato di grande responsiveness ed entra subito in sintonia con il cliente, grande approccio, mi é piaciuto molto. Dunque ceniamo in sala “esterna” che con ogni probabilità, apriranno d’estate, per sfruttare giardino e piscina. Abbiamo preso tutti piatti differenti ed il verdetto sulla bontà è stato unanime. Menzione speciale per la frittura (eccellente e fresca) ed anche all’ombrina, cotta alla perfezione, ma ogni piatto, dolci inclusi, sono risultati ottimi e veramente abbondanti. Prezzo nella media, con lo sconto, basso. Promosso, troveró occasione per tornarci.

Excellent service, staff, location, and hotel. I came here by myself and the staff helped me with everything including transportation and even organised me a breakfast when i had to leave at 5am. Definitely reccomend this hotel
