We had a week at Crystal Cove at the beginning of May. We had read some poor reviews before we left, people complaining about the poor quality of the food / service and were a bit worried. We didn't have to be. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived and throughout the holiday. The hotel and rooms were great, even when our shower wasn't working properly, it was fixed within hours of it being reported, Friendly restaurant and bar staff and all through the resort. Yes, the food isn't Michelin star level, but we weren't staying at a Michelin starred hotel! There was a good variety of well cooked, tasty food. The counters weren't always brimming with food, but there was enough option and volume for the number of guest, limiting waste! The A la Carte menu evenings were great.

room is neat and clean. Front desk staff are friendly. Very rich and delicious breakfast.

酒店的公共区域环境很赞，大厅装修简约大气，休息区安静舒适，很适合放松小憩。电梯运行平稳，楼道乾净安静，完全没有嘈杂噪音，休息的时候丝毫不会被打扰。酒店位置也十分便利，周边交通便捷，不管是出行打车还是乘坐公共交通都很方便，附近餐饮、商超也很齐全，满足日常出行需求，酒店工作人员艾琳娜很给力房间安排的不错

Perfect location. 10 minute enjoyable walk to Spanish steps. Away from crowded touristy streets. Hotel is upscale and services are top notch! Loved the welcome tiramisu on arrival. They fetched the taxis for us and made last minute dinner reservations too. Hotel room is spacious and large bathroom for Italy.

酒店有洗衣房，很方便，衞生也很好，天天都会在羣里询问是否需要打扫，当天下午到了之后点了一份下午茶，水果很好吃，拿铁也很好喝，房间的风景也很不错，落日的时候看着很温馨，往外看就是海，行李是酒店工作人员帮忙拎到房间里的，走的时候也是在羣里让人帮忙搬下去的，走的时候还给充电宝落在了酒店，前台免费帮我邮寄回家了，另外在文笔村内活动的话酒店是有小车接送的，这点很好
