Beautiful grounds, lots of birds and kangaroos. Excellent restaurant! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful sun drenched balcony. The staff were professional and friendly

Staff treated us Royally. Met Giovanni at check in, gave me a list places great fining options (we chose Duke’s on the River). He, Ray and third helper worked us through key issues (key card kept by phone demagnetized it). Ray plucked my daughter’s earring from the bottom of the pool. Really nice welcoming attitude overall.

The room was clean and well-appointed; all was in working condition. The breakfast is reliably good with a modest selection of hot and continental choices. The property is attractively decorated and generally in good condition; I noted a little wear & tear in the dining area chairs. The area is safe and within walking distance of many dining and retail establishments, though it is also a high-traffic area. I've stayed here many times when I come into town to help an elderly family member.

If you find a good price this could suit your needs. No frills but comfortable

My original room was not ready, as in, bed was unmade. Nor towels. I was assigned another room. That room was also dirty. Bathroom hadn’t been touched, there was still food in the refrigerator from the prior guest, the shower was not clean nor had it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while as there was wet toilet paper on the ground next to the toilet which I also forgot to mention I hadn’t used till the next morning and discovered it was clogged. The next morning I put out my towels for house keeping to pick up. The towels were picked up in front of my room however my room hadn’t been touched, the bed wasn’t made and there were no fresh towels in the room. I had to track down house keeping for fresh towels for the room. I requested to talk to the manager and was told they would be in Sunday morning. Of course no one was there to accept responsibility for the absolute horrible accommodations. They knew it was bad and did NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. If these are individually owned franchises this one needs pulled from the owner because it giving holiday inn express a bad name and it’s going to start with me as I was there on military business and I will spread the word about this particular hotel.

离机场比较近，接机送机也非常方便，但是设施陈旧一些差，隔音也不好，主打一个方便为主吧

New facility. Staff was outstanding in all communications. Cabin was well maintained and comfortable beds

This property was fantastic I highly recommend. It was nice and quiet and very clean. We had a beautiful weekend in Healesville. The check in was easy even though we arrived after hours. The staff were very friendly especially Sam he was very nice and knows how to treat customers.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and clean
