从进入酒店到办理入住酒店前台很冷漠,办理入住时和前台説了两次不要当头房间,前台回应两次入住房型没有早餐,办理完入住不做任何提示,最基本的房间在几楼电梯在哪个位置只字不提 到房间所在楼层后果然有一房间安排的当头,完全无视顾客需求,下楼更换房间时没有一丝歉意,重新换到十层后居然要游客付款房间按金,长见识了 房间内淋雨蓬头一开水到处喷,还伴随着刺耳的杂音,酒店吹风机也是老式的,要一直按着才能用,对洗完头发的女性非常不友好

Easy parking (enter reg on screen) it has a dinner on site , limit choice but adequate for one/two nights

We really enjoyed our stay at The Mansion. It was perfectly located with free parking facilities. The only item I would give a one star to was their internet access. It was almost non-existant in the room. It was better downstairs but not much.

Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it.

The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this property.

One of the best local guest-house in southmale atoll the hotel is amazing the with unbeatable views H78 was one of the place where the staffs welcome you with love I traveled with my family we have a child of two the staffs were so help-full with everything always checking up the food was amazing 10/10 would recommend

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Large apartments with good cooking facilities.
