Otter hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It was a convenient spot and a relaxing resort. We enjoyed the hot pool and sauna with an amazing view!! The staff were very welcoming as well! It was our first time in Banff but we were able to enjoy and have a great experience!

Excellent position for strolling around and exploring Palma. Staff were lovely and very helpful, it was my partners birthday and they arranged some nice gifts in the room for us and gave us an upgrade to the Essence Suite which was incredible. We eat in the restaurant for some tapas which was lovely. A shout out to IVAN who helped me to put some birthday banners up in our room! Thank you for that ?? PS the bed was super comfy and I loved the candles everywhere in the evening in the communal areas! Also the bath products in the room were so so lovely! ??

The best resort in Kampot with the best view, service and everything. We enjoyed staying there very much without no need to go anywhere else, so many activities in the resort.

Great location, spacious and clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely experience for anyone who wants some serenity and some time for calm and pleasure.

在地标光大旁边，市中心，房间大小还可以，两个登机箱可以铺开来，房费里没有包含早饭，每次都走个五分钟到附近的茶室吃。才三层楼，三楼只有一个很小很长条的游泳池和健身房。楼道里有个公共的冷热水饮水机。
