This is one of the most exceptional guest houses I have stayed at in a long career in business. The surrounds are beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for Leigh and Shirley who looked after me. I recommend it as a six star environment.

This is a great locally owned hotel. I think it's the only hotel near McMaster University, so if you find yourself in that area and aren't into looking for an AirBnB then definitely give this place a chance. It has a decent restaurant and a great swimming pool and jacuzzi that are open until 11pm.

Insgesamt gibt es 5 Villen in dieser leicht abseits gelegenen Unterkunft. Jeden Morgen wird einem das Frühstück serviert je nachdem zu welcher Uhrzeit man m?chte. Die Auswahl ist in Ordnung und geschmackvoll und kann einen Tag im voraus ber WhatsApp oder pers?nlich bestellt werden. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zentrum von Ubud kann man ca. in 35 Minuten zu Fu? erreichen. Heimw?rts haben wir dann die Fahrt mit einem Moped bevorzugt. In direkter N?he gibt es aber verschiedene Superm?rkte. Restaurants so direkt eher weniger, auf der H?lfte der Strecke zum Zentrum ist noch ein gutes japanisches Restaurant. In der Villa kann man auch Essen bestellen, wir haben es aber nicht probiert. Das einzige was zu bem?ngeln w?re sind die Liegen am Pool, auf den Rücken liegend ist entspannend aber auf dem Bauch nicht m?glich. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und k?nnen die Unterkunft mit dem netten Personal weiterempfehlen.

I visited the hyatt hotel with my wife . This was amazing stay ,Staff were very helpful from f&b team & Also thanks to Mr Aman receptionist guy he Scotted me to my room and his smile was very nice .

Extremely disappointing experience. A close friend of mine had this accommodation booked and fully paid months in advance, as we were planning a ski trip together. Just 8 days before arrival, the host admitted they had double-booked the last two nights because the property was listed on multiple platforms and they “forgot” about the Airbnb reservation. The alternatives offered were unsuitable or more expensive, and when these were not accepted, the host cancelled the booking entirely. Cancelling a paid booking at the last minute, during peak ski season, due to the host’s own mistake caused major disruption to our trip plans. Unreliable management and unnecessary stress. Would not recommend.
