Nice location out of rijika.

I contacted an ******* agent immediately when i realized that i had clicked on the wrong room when i made my initial reservation. She told me that she had contacted the hotel on my behalf and assured me that the reservation had been corrected and i would have the king assessable room that i needed. When checking in I discovered that the reservation had not been changed and i was stuck with the incorrect room. The hotel staff at check in was unsympathetic and refused to help remendy the situation. The room i was assigned was described as a twin queen assessable room. The room was no where near assessable. The toilet had no useable grab bars and was so low to the floor that it was unusable. Very unhappy with this facility. I fault the ******* agent for not assuring that the reservation was in fact not changed as i had requested.

Absolutely raved over the quirky, stylish, imaginative & original concept at this Guesthouse in Kemptown, Brighton. Everything about this venture drips quality and care in providing accommodation in Brighton. Each room is different, pictures, adverts from the late '50s, old style (not working) telephone hanging in our room (number 7) LOVED IT!!!

Hotel excelente, com localiza??o privilegiada em frente ao lago e todas as comodidades. Quarto espa?oso, confortável e extremamente limpo. Tem estacionamento e é bem próximo ao centro histórico. A equipe muito educada e atenciosa. O café da manh? também é ótimo, com variedade e servi?o excelente.

Sehr angenehme Lage und ausgezeichnete Ausstattung. Ein gro?es Appartement erwartete uns bei der Ankunft. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zeigte uns die R?umlichkeiten.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location to beach and restaurants.

Simple but very well located and great staff.

The hotel itself is good and the staff is very friendly, but I can't give a positive review when a 4:00 PM check-in turns into a 5:00 PM check-in. It’s frustrating to see check-in times getting later and later across the industry, and then not even have the room ready by that late hour. For a one-night stay, losing that first hour of the evening really impacted the trip.

Had an incredible stay here! Location was perfect and the room was super clean. Shower pressure was 10/10. Only criticism was the street was super loud at night. Still would 100% stay here again!
