作为常年出门旅行、住过无数酒店的人，真心觉得世峯假日酒店值得闭眼冲，不是托，纯纯亲身入住感受。先説服务，从进门到退房全程舒服，没有冰冷的流水线应付，前台小姐姐性格超随和，有啥问题随口问都耐心回应，我们忘带数据线，立马帮忙借了一根，小事也特别上心。衞生方面完全挑不出毛病，全屋无异味无死角乾净，地毯没有污渍，被子晾晒得很乾爽，衞生间乾湿分离，洗漱不积水，清洁做得比很多高端酒店还细致。设施很懂游客需求，专门配了高原加湿器、独立制氧机，还有高清智能投影，追剧看纪录片超清晰，音效也很棒。位置真的太刚需，离布达拉宫步行可达，去大昭寺逛八廓街也不远，楼下生活配套超全，应急买药、买零食饮用水，下楼就能搞定，不用打车乱跑。全程不刻意推销、不繁琐规矩，人性化又自在，第一次来拉萨住这，省心又安心。

不咋地，房间特别小，一个凳子都放不了的，吃东西很不方便，热水放了很久才来，房间比较吵一直有吱吱宁宁洗衣服的声音

What a fascinating place! Leafy, up on the hillside beneath the ancient castle, a former monastery, and it even has a pool. Highly recommend the former church St Josip down the road for its fantastic terrace restaurant too. (Beware - only about 10 tables, plus extras in the courtyard on weekends.) One room is reasonably well set up for a wheelchair.

First the good bits: the rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean with decent air-conditioning and reasonable showers. Rooms facing the pool much better than those overlooking the noisy street. The pool is large and clean and the old chap who looks after the cabana containing the towels is friendly and helpful making sure your umbrella gives you the right amount of shade. It’s in a location surrounded by restaurants which is good because the restaurant experience in the hotel is poor. The food is actually okay although they frequently don’t have everything on the menu and the service in the restaurant is dismissive at Best. The staff are completely disinterested, one even took our drinks order then went off and did some admin for 10 minutes before bothering to come back and make a drink for us. They don’t bother answering the phone for room service so don’t think you can get anything delivered. In fact I’m pretty sure they let the phone ring for a bit and then put it down. After an initial attempt at eating there, we went out and experienced local restaurants where the service was much better. We are not novices in Madagascar having spent eight weeks travelling around and I can catch correctly say, it is the worst service of any anyway that we have stayed. Such a shame. I’ve given them a three because of the cleanliness and the facilities but if I was rating service, it would be a one. Stay here by all means but don’t bother asking them to provide any services.
