Back again and it has not dissapointed. Although I will say, the outside of the hotel desperately needs a clean. Inside the hotel everything is as expected, the people who work in Tenby are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing as always. I decided to have food in the evening on one of the nights, I can highly recommend the sea bass. Bedroom clean and comfortable as you would expect. I love this hotel.

Very cozy and comfortable. In city centre, everything is maximum 5 minutes walk. Ideal location, nice staff!

Our room was very clean and they came in daily to spray for mosquitoes and other critters. The entire staff was very friendly and very polite and helpful.

Soggiorno di una notte per un evento di lavoro. Pessima esperienza. Stanza maleodorante per risalita di cattivi odori dal sifone della doccia. Stanza riscaldata con un piccolo e rumoroso termoventilatore. Listello del battiscopa scollato. Tenda con buchi. Colazione accettabile. Possibilità di parcheggio a 600 mt. No colonnina elettrica

The resort itself is stunning, extremely clean, the stuff was amazing, specially Gomaa was super nice, he went above and beyond to make sure every day that the room was 10/10 , make something special for our friends birthday, that was super nice of him, we definitely will return!

Es muy lindo complejo, tiene varios amenities que suman. Me gustaría que se modernizaran un poco los departamentos, ya que hay cosas que para esta época han quedado obsoletas. También debido a la habitación que teníamos se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle Pioneros, lo que hace algo complicado el descanso.
