I booked a premium room with king bed size, they gave me a normal room with 2 single beds. When I told them, they just wanted to join the beds. Noisy, it's also near a school.

Жаль, что в номере не было ни халатов, ни тапочек, хотя об этом заявлено
Завтрак приносят в номер (хлеб, панкейки, круассаны и к ним разные начинки, кофе и свежевыжатый сок) но очень странно, что на 2х гостей сыр и ветчину положили по 3 кусочка, видимо каждому по одному, а потом кто успел тот и съел…

The hotel was quite nice, but the service was really bad. We, five people group, stayed in two rooms for four nights, paid over 2800eur. The last day, as the late checkout was not possible, we asked if we could take a shower in the spa after the last skiing day, it was not possible. The spa was open and it was empty. This has never ever happened to us in any other hotel, and we travel a lot. If the spa is there, the customers should be able to use it before leving the hotel. Never ever to this hotel again! Simply bad customer service and bad will.
