Staff were difficult to deal with as nobody at reception, only a phone number. Had an issue with myself and a colleague’s reservation being confused and swapped around. Otherwise hotel was nice.

这次来普洱游玩，入住的德庭花园酒店茶马古城店，整体体验特别舒心。酒店地理位置挺不错，挨着茶马古城，出门逛吃游玩都方便，开车过来也有免费车位，停车不用发愁。进店就能感受到满满的本地氛围，工作人员态度都很亲切热情，办理入住流程很快。 房间空间挺大，住着不压抑，内部收拾得乾乾净净，日常居住的设施都齐全。床垫枕头舒适度不错，晚上休息得很踏实。屋里还准备了茶具和茶叶。 整体性价比挺高，环境、衞生和服务都在线，出行游玩住着省心舒服。

Perfecte locatie, goed ontbijt , leuke kamers (oude celblokken), luxe uitstraling

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti presso l’Albergo Diffuso Torre del Nera e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente impeccabile. Situato nello splendido borgo medievale di Scheggino, un luogo magico dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, l'hotel offre un perfetto connubio tra fascino storico e accoglienza di alto livello. Abbiamo alloggiato nella zona centrale della struttura. La nostra camera era bellissima, spaziosa e dotata di ogni possibile comfort, l'ideale per chi cerca il massimo relax. ?La camera inoltre aveva un delizioso terrazzino privato affacciato sul verde, perfetto per godersi l'atmosfera rigenerante dell'Umbria. Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e sempre attento a ogni nostra piccola richiesta, facendoci sentire coccolati dal primo all'ultimo momento. Molto apprezzato il servizio navetta che collega comodamente il parcheggio sottostante alla struttura, eliminando ogni pensiero legato al trasporto bagagli nel borgo. ?Purtroppo, dato il soggiorno breve, non abbiamo avuto modo di testare la SPA, ma è già nella nostra lista dei desideri: torneremo sicuramente e quella sarà una tappa obbligatoria! ?Ultimo punto di forza,a non meno importante, è la posizione strategica del paese. ?Scheggino non è solo un gioiello da scoprire, ma anche una base perfetta per esplorare il cuore dell'Umbria. In poco tempo abbiamo raggiunto mete iconiche come: ?Assisi , Foligno ?Norcia, Montefalco e ?Le Cascate delle Marmore. ?è stata un'esperienza rigenerante in una location da favola. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi bellezza, cortesia e una posizione privilegiata per scoprire le meraviglie umbre.

We stayed at a family suite for three nights, the suite was spacious and clean. There's a washing machine and a little kitchen which basically got everything we required. Location of this hotel is unbeatable. Trian station and major tourist spots are all within walking distance. Loved it! Highly recommended.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questo hotel spettacolare e l’esperienza è stata davvero all’altezza delle 4 stelle. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e silenziosa, con letto comodissimo e biancheria di qualità. Il personale alla reception è stato gentile e super disponibile per ogni richiesta. Colazione ricca e varia: dolce, salato, frutta fresca e prodotti locali. Ottima anche la posizione: centrale ma tranquilla, a due passi dal centro e con parcheggio comodo. Ambiente curato, servizio attento ma mai invadente. I piatti sono un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e creatività: materie prime eccellenti e impiattamento da foto.Il personale di sala è preparato e sa consigliare senza fretta. Si respira attenzione al dettaglio ovunque. Se cercate un 4 stelle che mantiene le promesse, questo è il posto giusto.

Troon is a cute little town, and this hotel was perfect. The views from the dining room and any sea-facing room are wonderful. Even my room from the back had a great view. But the comment everyone makes about the friendliness of the staff is on point. I've certainly stayed at places with a stand-out employee, but I've never stayed anywhere in decades of travel that had more invariably friendly and helpful staff. It will hardly seem real except that they're all genuine. Must be a fun place to work. Would gladly stay here again and build a trip around the visit.

We celebrated my Mum's birthday with a scrumptious afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. It was pleasing having a variety of hot items as well as the sandwiches, scones and cakes. There was too much to eat, so they boxed up the leftovers and we enjoyed them at home later in the day.
