位置好，出门右转就是进贤门，步行8分钟可到达揭阳学宫。房间乾净整洁，服务好，很贴心。由于入住时新装修刚开业，所以房间地毯味道还有点大。

酒店整体很有文化底藴，像一座博物馆，但对隔音要要求的慎入。可能因为建筑年代较为久远的原因隔音极为一般，半夜楼下讲话一清二楚，先换了一个房间，结果顶上是机器低频噪音严重，又换了一间房勉强可以，不过白天十点多有敲敲打打声音持续很久，出去一看是二十米外一个房间施工，声音都那么明显…

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel in Rouen. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Such a beautiful place, we cannot recommend staying here highly enough. The scenery is breathtaking, the peace and tranquility is unmatched and the chalets, wow. Rheannon and Dave are truly wonderful people and made us feel so very welcome.

The resort is good but very very crowded and overbooked. The lobby is extremely loud and the amenities are overflowing. The room had a great view but that’s itC the windows are fully rusty and moldy in the corners.
