Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel, although dated, was lovely and rooms (riverview) were lovely. Couldn’t fault anything and we will definitely be back.

This is a quirky hotel with a modern vibe. It has large rooms and it's very quiet. The hotel is situated in a beautiful square surrounded by stunning architecture. It is centrally located and is an easy walking distance to the city center. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Rundreise in dieser Lodge. W?hrend in anderen Lodges ein komplettes Menü inklusive war, teilte man uns hier w?hrend des Essens mit, dass das Dessert separat zu bezahlen w?re. Das Buffett wurde abger?umt, w?hrend noch gegessen wurde und um 19.52 Uhr wurde das Spirituosen Angebot der Bar geschlossen. Nix Absacker, Schade, solche Kleinigkeiten machen ein ansonsten gutes Angebot kaputt.

We had a warm welcome on arrival and the receptionist straight away told us where to let our dog exercise at a nearby green before settling in for the night. The accommodation was very comfortable with a large wardrobe and plenty of coat hangers. The bath/walk in shower room was hi spec and spotlessly clean and bright with plenty of towels and brand toiletries. Coffee and tea facilities were available as were dog bowl and treats. This venue is the most dog friendly we have had the pleasure of visiting. We had dinner with invited friends that evening and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food which was more than ample and beautifully presented. It was also so nice to be able to dine with other dog lovers in the dining room and not just allocated a separate area. The only tiny criticism came from two of our guests who said that the cutlery/knives could be a little sharper. As I am blind and mostly eat with my fingers and my husband had chosen steak, perfectly cooked I might add, so he had been given a steak knife. I might mention though this is a problem in many restaurants and not just the Lion. The breakfasts were delicious and generous with a variety of choices. All in all, this was a very enjoyable stay and we recommend this establishment, particularly to those potential customers who have pets..

This is a very nice hotel, our room was spacious, the only thing that did not suit us was the shower over the bath, as we are an older couple. The food was nice and staff were very friendly and helpful.

入住27楼海景房景观超棒，饭店人员热情接待、服务很好，饭店内有游泳池和小型沙滩可以玩，早餐不错，以后来黄金海岸唯一的选择。

Aso is way too isolated for my liking. The hotel location couldn't be any better given you can see the train pulling into the station though. Friendly service and the staffs English was fine. Shame about the poor winter weather meaning the crater wasnt open for people
