I am currently staying at this four-star resort with my wife to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process took nearly one hour. For a resort of this standard, especially on a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, I expected a far more efficient and welcoming experience. The long delay immediately affected what was meant to be a relaxing and memorable stay. The following day, we had a pre-reserved 30-minute spa session each. However, the masseuse never came and we ended up waiting for over an hour. This significantly disrupted our schedule and wasted valuable time at the resort. When you plan a short romantic getaway, every minute counts, and such poor time management is unacceptable for a four-star establishment. Overall, the lack of organization and punctuality fell far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards, especially during peak or special occasions. Very disappointing experience.

O hotel n?o é luxuoso, mas tudo funciona perfeitamente. Cama e banho bons, funcionários educados e prestativos. O quarto contava com uma mini cozinha, porém super bem equipada. Café da manh? no estilo de buffet (pequeno, mas com muita qualidade) com op??es a la carte. Localiza??o excelente com mercado, farmacia, restaurantes e salao de beleza muito próximos

Great luxury rooms in a perfect high street location. Cleaned daily, very comfortable, and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

The room was spotless and was well maintained with everything functioning as it should. The staff were courteous. The restaurants were spotless too.

Super cute, clean , loved the handwritten welcome note with our name on it . Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Great place to stay as young adults with a low budget. The room was quite big, clean and with water bottles and drink amenities offered. I had my bag safely kept until my train departure (5min walk from the train station). Would recommend!
