This hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades, I didn't even want to stay outside at the pool. The grounds needs to be pressure wash. The staff were great, however the first night a woman across the hall from me screamed and slammed her door at 3am-almost until 5am. I left the following day because the next night she screamed almost every other hour start at 3am. Not sure if this hotel has a contract with an organization that helps substance abuse or families that lack houses but it so it should be mentioned. Because people that travel miles away don't want to be inconvenience they want to relax and rest pool side.

Rooms are clean and property is extremely convenient for getting around yet quite area. Lady in charge of breakfast today ran out of all cold and hot food at 9am then proceeded to remind everybody that its too late to make more food. when about 12 people just arrived to find empty bins with an hour left to breakfast. The worker continued to make excuses about the amounts she should be making are so difficult to predict. She didn’t want to even open more pancake mix or bagels! I don't understand why thats a problem. She eventually brought out bread and proceeded to put it out without gloves on. This woman needs training & more help. Everything should not run out at once! Also you need more than 1 toaster when 12 people want breakfast and all you brought out is bread.

AC doesn’t work - at 11pm they offered to move us to another room. We were unpacked and needed to get up at 6am. No one was available to try to fix the problem. Second offered solution was to open the balcony doors. That worked (in May ) for the temperature but we had 7 hours of no / fitful sleep with the street noise. What do they do in August when it is 90 outside??!! Stay elsewhere Perhaps there are reasons why Kempinski yanked their association with this hotel

Nice and quiet area with kind and helpful staff. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.
