Well this is one of those hotels that you need to see for yourself and that if you look only at the outside you will get it all wrong. Staff was great, restaurant service and food was phenomenal rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The hotel setting loos a bit older but it is well maintained. Easy access to main Dunlin areas and other necessary things like gas stations and supermarkets. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff who provided tourism ideas on check-in as they weren’t busy. Room had been recently renovated such that there were two outlets on the desk with 1 embedded USB A socket and 1 embedded USB C socket. Ironing board sighted on the wardrobe unit in case visiting for business. Power socket by headboards as well so devices can be charged overnight as well. Desk was decent size so if you needed to do some work, laptop can be opened to work. Slightly thinner desk (ie, not super deep) though so less suitable for work-cation if you need to work from your room the whole day. Small gym in the basement. Would stay again for the convenience of being within walking distance of the station and friendly, helpful staff.

This place was fabulous! My room was top notch. Clean, welcoming, and full of charm. And steps from the beach. The staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

Good service, personal and food. Just one night

Just passing through town. Motel was easy to find. A complimentary upgrade was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fur unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt. Ger?umiges Zimmer, ein behindertengerechtes Bad, hundefreundliches Hotel, kostenlose Parkpl?tze direkt vor dem Geb?ude, gute Restaurants in der N?he und dann der Park ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Kein Luxushaus, aber sehr angenehm. Freundliches Personal auch. Frühstück ok, man kann nicht meckern

The front desk woman was short & rude to us. They charged us extra for a second person’s stay & a breakfast as the booking was confusing. “Double room” isn’t for 2 people if it also says single use. Manager spoke quickly in Spanish to the employee until I asked for translation. Then she told me I owed more money. Treated me like a villain! I didn’t mind paying my fair share but I tried to make it right before arrival by telling them it said 1, vs 2 people on the booking, to no avail! Also, where to park, although a spacious, clean, well-lit garage, was a big secret as far as lication when I tried to find out where to park right before arrival. There were plenty of empty spaces.

As you told us that you didn′t know the meaning, we explained it to you right then and you even seemed grateful for the explanation.Our intention was only to assist and find the simplest solution for your stay. Rather than treating you like a villain, what was actually done was to downplay the misunderstanding by explaining that you simply needed to pay for the second breakfast therefore you don′t need to worry about the mistake because the room was the same and the only difference was the rate. The staff was A+ in helping with anything that we needed. There was construction going on and we hardly heard any commotion while in the room. We will stay here again when in the area.
