Quiet building with good amenities including the gym and pool. We had a 7th floor apartment with an ocean view. Great location near the beach and restaurants.

The room smelt terrible and was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The service was poor, milk and coffee not replaced from one day to the next. Noise from guests leaving at 4.30am woke me as the door didn’t even lock properly and I had to put a chair against the door… terrible experience and I paid for three nights.

The staff was great. But the amenities need improvement.

Had an amazing stay at the Rainforest Motel! The location is ideal just a short walk to the beach but tucked away in beautiful tropical gardens. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Great value for money and such a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're visiting Mission Beach!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Juffair area. Overall, very pleased with the location, service, check in and check out experience, room service and restaurant facilities. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d happily go back to this hotel and recommend it for those who want a hotel that is close to most sights and nightlife. Great value for money

Staff was over the top accommodating. Such professionalism is very rare. Thank you both management and staff, you helped make this a trip of a lifetime.

Our room was spotless and very modern. I can’t fault it in any way. Staff were very friendly. Fantastic value for the price and I recommend staying there. We’ll definitely go back if we need to stay in Glasgow again.

We had our transportation booked through Moon Palace, unfortunately we were dropped off at the wrong location (The Grand) and our stay was at Sunrise, easily redirected by staff to the lobby lobby bus to take us to Sunrise. Check in took a little longer than expected but there was a long line up. The resort was absolutely beautiful and we were just in time to hit up the lunch buffet as we had to wait til check in time for our room to be ready. The food was AMAZING the entire stay, like 20/10 between Sunrise and Nizu, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous, bed was so comfortable I wanted to pack it in my duffle bag. the views from our 3rd floor room were spectacular. Jess that does the activities with guest did such an amazing job, she literally made us workout and have fun the whole day!! We loved her !! The resort had so much to offer to keep you busy, I can honestly go on and on about how amazing Moon Palace is, I’d rebook in a heartbeat. Best resort I’ve stayed at

Beautiful, historic building conveniently located near theaters and restaurants. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was overall clean but a few negatives: the plug on the desk had old double sided tape that wasnt holding so it just looked like it was stuck in desk. The desk chair should be thrown out. Totally ripped across the top of the leather. Looked bad. The bathroom was clean except for hairs in the soap dish and shower floor. We only stayed for one night. This was our 2nd time staying at this location.
