Had a staycation with the kids. Was upgraded to Residence with a high floor and AWeSOME view in the room , nice touch ,JUST that. The pool in the residence side is NOT for children. So we had to go back down to the lobby and go up another lift , and when we were done we had to go through the crowd to get back to our "upgraded" room. Beautiful hotel , fantastic spread for breakfast. Just that perhaps, receptionist couldve informed us about the usage of the pool situation. Pool at the hotel side was not as big or with that Great of a view BUT still enough as it wasn't crowded. .

The main thing that I didn't like about this hotel was the dark, deserted road I had to walk down to get to it. Having said that, it is only a short walk (down the aforementioned dark road) to restaurants, amenities and the station so it is fairly convenient. The room was small but adequate - quite bare, really, not even a glass for your toothbrush in the bathroom!! The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from this type of hotel - staff at breakfast were friendly. Generally, it was clean - the floor in reception when I arrived was very slippery and both myself and the man in front of me slid and almost fell over. You get what you pay for - it's not luxurious, but it's OK. The heater in the room made a beeping noise frequently through the night until I eventually turned it off - not sure whether there is any way to disable this beeping noise? Why on earth anyone would want a heater beeping down their ear right next to the bed is a mystery to me. Stay here if you can't afford anywhere better - it's depressing but basically fine.

ホテルの方は连络をなかなか返してくれず、2时间ほど立ち往生し、かなり不便な思いをしました。 事前にチェックインの方法も教えてもらえず、别のホテルの亲切な方に闻かなければなりませんでした。 また、ホテルはとても広いですが、水回りは扫除が行き届いていません。 洗面器のコーキングなどは剥がれており、そこにカビが生えていました。 シャワーのお汤は外付けで、水になったりお汤になったりでリラックスできませんでした。 全体を通してRM305ほどのクオリティがあると思えませんでした。

在地标光大旁边，市中心，房间大小还可以，两个登机箱可以铺开来，房费里没有包含早饭，每次都走个五分钟到附近的茶室吃。才三层楼，三楼只有一个很小很长条的游泳池和健身房。楼道里有个公共的冷热水饮水机。

Staying at Bloom Hotel GK-2 for an entire month felt like being at a second home. The hotel offers a comfortable environment, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes long stays very easy and stress-free. From check-in to the last day of our stay, the entire staff ensured that we were taken care of in the best possible way.The biggest credit goes to Vivek, who works at the front office. He is an extremely kind and professional person who knows exactly how to handle guests and manage his team. His leadership reflects in the behavior of the staff. Every member of the team is polite, disciplined, and well-trained. We never had to complain about the room or services because everything was managed properly from the start.The hotel also maintains safety and professionalism at every level. Housekeeping Lucky , Ajay, Rampraksh, shekar sir .All staff members follow procedures carefully and operate in an organized manner. This gave us a sense of security and trust during our extended stay.The restaurant deserves special appreciation as well. The food quality is excellent, and every meal we had was fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant staff is courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even better. For guests staying long-term, having good food daily is important, and Bloom Hotel GK-2 definitely delivers on that. What stands out the most is Vivek’s professionalism. Even though we became quite friendly over time, he always maintained a perfect balance between friendliness and work. He never allowed personal comfort to interfere with hotel policies. No matter how young or close our group was, he ensured that all rules and procedures were followed properly. This level of dedication and integrity is truly admirable.Our experience at Bloom Hotel GK-2 has been wonderful, and much of the credit goes to Vivek and his well-trained team.
