Overall well operated, helpful and proactive staff. Very clean and pleasant spaces.

Pretty rough room. Nice amenities and such but window was broken and leaking cold air. The toilet didn't flush. Constantly hit my head on the range hood. TV Roku also didn't work even after replacing batteries. Busy street below and the trucks woke me up around 4am likely why they keep ear plugs in the room. They also charged me $26 extra bucks and not really sure why.

We had a problem with our room when we first checked in and they moved us courteously. Staff were attentive and friendly. Clean and updated property. Our only complaint was that the concierge did not reach out prior to our trip. We missed getting our son signed up for ocean explorers because we didn’t get assistance ahead of our trip. They advertise the concierge service and promise they will reach out before your trip to help you plan activities. We didn’t hear from the concierge until 24 hours into our stay.

Bay Breeze Boutique was a dream for accommodation down the bay. Located in the heart of bay, walking distance from all the bay’s hub has to offer. Cleanliness exceptional, staff friendly, service outstanding & hassle free check in/ out. Would definitely recommend & will certainly be back! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique

I arrived so tired and the night checkin was friendly and efficient and … did not mind repeating some of the instructions, even though she was completely clear the first time. ?She spoke very good English. ?She laughed at my stupid joke. ?She was kind. ?I felt safe walking as a woman alone through the grounds to my room, they were very well lit and easy to navigate. ?The next morning, the desk staff was pleasant and efficient and made it easy to change my dollars to local currency at a decent exchange rate! ?I am very very pleased with Country Inn Aeroporto in Sane Jose, Costa Rica.

It was okay. There was construction going on while we were there but the room was fine until it wasn’t. There weee Loud barking dogs and that ruined it

Checking in was amazing. The receptionist Heather was very kind and polite! Hotel and amenities were amazing. Will be using this hotel for DTSD more often!
