Bellissime le sale affrescate. Unico neo che proprio non mi è piaciuto è che non fanno accedere alla SPA se non si è almeno in 2

Ottima prima colazione e qualità eccellente ed elegante per la cena presso il ristorante Origine. Ci spiace moltissimo che abbia trovato bloccato uno dei due dispenser nella doccia. Probabilmente, essendo stato sostituito con un flacone nuovo, è rimasto con il blocco di sicurezza. La soluzione sarebbe stata immediata, se ci avesse avvisato subito. La reception è attiva 24 ore al giorno.Per quanto riguarda la nostra Private Spa, ci è sicuramente stata una incomprensione in quanto l'utilizzo della stessa è per 2 presone al massimo, ma nulla vieta che possa essere utilizzata da una sola persona. E' una formula ormai collaudata nel presentare questo servizio, e tutto il nostro staff è preparato ed è a conoscenza su come promuoverlo.Il Suo giudizio finale che ci vede raggiungere la sufficienza, ci sembra un po' severo alla luce di quanto anche Lei ha scritto, nel complesso, Lo accettiamo sicuramente prendendolo come stimolo e motivazione per fare sempre meglio con sempre più attenzione e garantire così un alto standard del servizio, garantendo a tutti un soggiorno ottimo, come sempre accade. Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, great facilities

Zimmer dreckig. Toilettenspülung ohne Funktion. Absaugung im Bad ohne Funktion. Tierhaare im Bett. Zimmer stank nach Tier. Vermutlich Hund. überall lagen Flüssigkeiten die eingetrocknet waren Getr?nkeflaschen teils schon offen gewesen.

Ideal location, very central , very clean. My only minus is coming from the fact that they have no restaurant, therefore no breakfast. Room equipped with fridge, microwave and kettle!

This hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but it absolutely does not live up to that rating or its description. 1. The beds in the rooms are worn out and clearly old. 2. The bathroom sink faucet is barely attached and feels like it could fall off at any moment. 3. There is no hot water in the mornings, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one. 4. Breakfast is very poor — only boiled eggs and fried eggs are offered, while the rest is just pastries and junk food. Overall, the quality is far below what is promised. I am extremely disappointed and strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, and the room was a good size and comfortable. They need to add some security to the corridor doors, to avoid entry by non-guests, which is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star. I'd gladly stay there again.

Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol) It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river.

Staff were very welcoming and warm. Room is luxurious, clean and charmingly decorated. L'Occitaine soaps and shampoo. Only a 6 min walk from the coach station, near Cabot shopping area. Would stay here again.
