The staff were all amazing, helpful & friendly. The location was perfect within walking distance to other restaurants & attractions. The room was spacious with plenty of space. The breakfast was fresh with plentiful choices.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The view from the quiet pool was simply incredible, food delicious, staff so helpful and kind. We had Upul who we had serve us a lot and he was lovely so thank you to Upul! Great location to the safari which they organised for us, would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous room, amazing breakfast, beautiful location and the staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome. They knew us after being there for only a few hours. We have some dietary restrictions and they kindly accommodated us. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Special shout out to Emilien, Irine and Sylvie. Irine welcomed us to the hotel, Sylvie cooked a vegan meal for me changing everything on the menu, it was delicious! And Emilien running the show does an amazing job. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

房间里的设施一应俱全且维护得很好，空调制热/制冷效果佳，运行时几乎没噪音；电视投屏流畅，网速超快，刷视频、办公都不卡顿；书桌大小合适，配的椅子坐着很舒服，出差办公党超友好。床头有USB充电口，床边还有夜灯，细节超贴心。每天的客房清洁做得特别到位，保洁阿姨会把房间收拾得一尘不染，更换乾净的床品和毛巾，连桌面、地面的边角都擦得乾乾净净，还会贴心地把洗漱用品摆放整齐，让人感觉特别舒服。

Struttura probabilmente di recente ristrutturazione, a pochi chilometri dal centro di Aosta e dalla partenza degli impianti per Pila. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della fiera di Sant' Orso ad Aosta. Camera molto spaziosa, con anche la sauna. Bagno anch'esso grande e entrambi con ottima pulizia. Colazione superiore alla media. Peccato potersi fermare solo una notte.

Parking available in front of the hotel. Room was clean. Price less than RM200 and room got bathtub. The weakness is only that the sink is outside the bathroom. And you can hear next door room watching TV and when they use their sink. Overall was satisfied for 1 night stay only.

Organized a wedding at Santa Roza Kasauli for our client. Extended support from the hotel's GM & his team was superb which made our work smooth & easy. Guest also enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the resort. Good food & nicely maintained rooms. Many more to come in future, Cheers !!
