房间乾净整洁，山景绝，躺在床上就能看到青山。院子也超有氛围感，晚上在院子里坐上一会，特别放松，位置也不错，乘景区大巴或自驾上山都挺方便，性价比很高，老板服务贴心，不管是情侣出行还是带娃放松都很合适，下次来九华山还选这家。

This property was amazing, clean and beautiful. It is definitely worth the stay. The restaurant was very beautiful and the food was delicious and the flan is a must try.

Everything was perfect! Clean rooms and fantastic breakfast

The facility is very good. But it's located in the hilltop village. So you have to go up the steps a little.

Nice view and good location

The property itself is beautiful inside and outside. The staff were courteous and welcoming. There were so many amenities included with the price of the room that I didn't have time to do them all. I will definitely go back again.

大家别被“2026年开幕”的字眼骗了！这间单位完全没翻新，设施陈旧、收费高昂，却提供最廉价的服务。Trip.com 没核实就放上新开幕标签，导致我多花 RM115 踩雷。以下所述字字属实，本人均有拍照录像为证！ 1. 关于按金，事前事后百般刁难： 事前房东要求私下收取 RM300 按金，并强硬表示要在退房一个星期后才退还，凭什么扣留我的钱这么久？经平台协调，他才勉强同意付现金并在退房当天检查后才退。 结果退房当天（我清晨 5:45 要退房），他居然又藉口“没人”，硬要卡着按金逼我等到早上 10 点才有人办公！最后逼我和他大吵一架，看我态度坚决他才肯过来处理。信任是相互的，这种房东极度缺乏诚信。 2. 沟通恶劣，消极怠工： 入住前三周想取消不给退，故意冷处理。后来问能不能加钱升级大单位，居然拖到入住当天才回复説加 RM200 可以升级，呵呵，当天才回复还有什么意义？ 3. 衞生恶劣（孩子过敏）： 房间有臭味，柜子里有生虫的腐烂食物和垃圾，地板发黑粘腻。最恶心的是床单没换（有口水印）、马桶有尿迹！我女儿住完脸部严重敏感，儿子身上长满红疹！ 房东态度极其强硬，不肯退 RM80 清洁费。 4. 设施廉价破烂： 插座坏，毛巾不吸水发黑，沐浴露全是无标无牌的劣质品。叫我们睡梳化床，缝隙里却全是垃圾，还不给枕头被单。停车费按时计算（车子只要进出一次就重算首小时 RM2），非常贵。 对平台的失望： 感谢 Trip 客服协调，但面对恶劣房东，平台的处理很不当机立断，过程中一直让我这个受害者去向房东妥协，一味让我无休止地等房东的意愿和回覆。 带小孩的千万别来，房东收高价给垃圾服务，千万别住！（稍后会把所有衞生和证据照片上传，大家自行看图避雷！）
