Just loved the arrival at Radisson Loved the pick up and drop facility near tunnel Mng breakfast is the highlight

Great location, short walk to beach through a small wooded area. Friendly staff. Room good, although near kitchen so cooking could be smelt occasionally. The big disappointment was the evening meals. Dinner the first night was not good, half a lettuce , not even sliced, on a dish with a little dressing and a couple of anchovies - not how I expect a ceasar salad to be presented. Steak for one of us was very underdone, even though asked for welll done. The second evening , same menu , crab cake burnt and covered with samphire to hide the fact, steak arrived stone cold and rare again, we declined for them to take to kitchen. Veg also cold. Staff seemed to avoid taking our dishes away and we sat for some time to wait for dessert. Very poor dining experience and the food is usually amazing. We mentioned this to receptionist when we left, who stated they had waived our drinks on the first night- an orange juice and small white wine!! We were then told other residents thought the food was excellent, well perhaps theirs was, breakfast certainly was good. We wrote to the manager on our return home, we had paid ￡440.00 for dbb, a two night stay and it was for our 50th wedding anniversary. The reply was, at the end of their email, that they cannot please everyone, all of the time. Unfortunately, our friends who visited earlier in the year had the same experience in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. Such a shame as we thought we had found a great place to go for special occasions. Unfortunately not.

A lovely traditional country house hotel. The public rooms were just what you expected, old world charm, the food excellent but the best asset ?was the friendly and helpful staff. Unable to comment on bedrooms as we were in an accessible room which wasn’t great, good parking though. Needs attention to basic customer requirements, overall a great few days

I recently stayed at The Sands at Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos and had a truly wonderful experience. What really made the stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the team, particularly Shedna at the front desk and Sasha at the concierge. Shedna was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in through the duration of our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Sasha at concierge was equally amazing, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful in her recommendations. She helped coordinate activities, dining reservations, and transportation with ease, ensuring we made the most of our time on the island. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience. Overall, The Sands at Grace Bay offers not only a stunning location but also outstanding service thanks to staff like Shedna and Sasha. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos and would happily return in the future.

I recently visited Morickap Resort in Wayanad with my partner, and it was a truly memorable experience. The location was very good and the stay was generally OK. In terms of value compared to some of the bigger chains nearby this one may lose out a little. for the same price could get free transfer and hotels with a much bigger lobby. Was still satisfied with the stay though. By the way, can get free beach towel per day for hotel guests.
