服务很好，前台真的不错??，设施也很新。这是点赞的地方。唯一让我差评的是噪音，一晚上没睡着，可能因为高速太近，低频噪音嗡嗡作响，即使用了耳塞也不行，一晚上噪音不断，无论北向，南向都有噪音，建议后续入住的亲们谨慎选择，谢谢??，也希望酒店后续能有所改进！

The bed was superb and very comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful in accommodating our early check-in request.
However, no complimentary mineral water was provided. The space is quite small, which is understandable for a budget hotel. The toilet is also very small, and the water tends to overflow into the bedroom area after showering.

Rooms were clean and all amenities in working order, we were in the hotel area. We had breakfast included in our stay and the food was very good. The prices for lunch or dinner are very high if you are wanting to stay at the hotel.I would pay half the price they ask for the same meal in Canada. We did not find any public restaurants within walking distance on the beach, so no other options for meals. Your only option is to eat at the hotel restaurant or go into playa del carmen by taxi.

老板确实有点东西，装修有品味，各类用品档次都很高，我只能説很*。 早餐虽然种类不多，但味道都不错。 感觉这个酒店住宿不像是用来挣钱的，感觉像老板自用的。。
