Our stay at Scenic by Taj was serene, the entire property is unique providing a unique experience to whoever looking to rejuvenate, recharge and relax with lush green surroundings with state of the art services. What makes the experience top notch is the people, our experience was lifted to new heights by Mritunjay, Rustom and Shweta. While Rustom and Mrityunjay made absolutely sure that we enjoy each meal right from our elderly parents to toddlers, Shweta made sure we got absolutely best rooms and services. Our stay at the place had been made exemplary by the staff and services.

Excellent property. Front desk staff is super welcoming and efficient. Rooms are very well kept and very modern. Bar area could be improved.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, breakfast staff were above and beyond. Jacuzzi was soothing and had a great view of the Disney fireworks. Shuttle was perfect for our Disney visit. Will definitely book again in the future.

We booked a suite at Radisson Khopoli expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned into a nightmare. The centralized AC was utterly pathetic, no proper cooling even at 17°C. The room stayed hot and stuffy, forcing us to call the tech team. They adjusted some settings, but the issue persisted. Not wanting to bother them late at night, we endured a sweaty bed and poor sleep. At 5:30 AM, we reported it to reception, and they suggested switching rooms. The new room’s AC was marginally better but still uncomfortably hot. Exhausted, we didn’t push further. Then disaster struck again: the washbasin drainage backed up, flooding the bathroom with dirty, stinky water. Another call to reception brought a technician to fix it. Service was equally dismal. Ordering simple plates and cutlery took 45 minutes and three follow-up calls before it arrived. What a pathetic experience overall at Radisson Khopoli, multiple failures in basic maintenance and service.

Charming small place in quiet street, parking at front, spotless, friendly helpful staff. Room 21 - tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, shower, jacuzzi. Nearby shops. Would stay again.

Okay for overnight stay if you wanna catch up early flight. Long queue for using restaurant, everywhere waiting. Classic layout but bit aging.
