Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, Room was a bit small Bathroom was clean BUT the caulking around the shower and the floor needs to be changed

非常棒的一间酒店，给了非常好的住宿体验，这次在金泽一次住了二个晚上真的是非常值得，酒店位于大和百货旁，附近也有很多逛的地方非常方便??

Friendly ladies on reception, clean room and having travelled around Italy in winter for a week this was the first place where the room was lovely and cosy and warm throughout my stay :) Would highly recommend!

Hotel was going through some renovations and had no restaurant. Rooms are super nice and gym was pretty small. On the other hand pool was big and so was the jacuzzi.

The cutest Beach Club that's literally right on the beach. The staff were very obliging. I had the signature back massage at the spa and it was delightful. The room was luxurious and the views are to die for. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was lovely with a gorgeous ambience. I would definitely stay here again.

The resort fee was not disclosed before reservation and wasnt able to waiver it.

I arrived during the huge snowstorm and Justin at the front desk was so helpful, he welcomed me in from the cold and his customer service was incredible! Overall the stay was very nice and the staff is wonderful, I would definitely recommend!!

Sadly, we have found the team at the Artemisia Palace to be unprofessional. We had an issue with the accounting and Ricardo's response was "it's not my fault" so just be wary of doing business with this hotel.
